Questions & Answers

Is there a different formula for this? This night cream has a much thinner consistency than the previous bottle I purchased. ?

It's a purple-topped white bottle containing a radically rejuvenating whipped night cream. Maybe you got the wrong one. I believe the products are Acure-branded, so I have no concerns about their quality. This product does not appeal to me as much as the brightening night cream.

Is it possible to use the night cream in the daytime?

Peels containing alpha hydroxy acids should only be used at night. If some users claim that they can use it during the day without experiencing any redness or stinging, then it must contain such a small amount of AHA peel that it has no effect on their skin.

I really like Acure products, but I've had a lot of bad experiences with them. Are they still spoiled or are they in good condition now?

I've been using Acure products almost exclusively for over a year and have never received anything bad or subpar! I love the products and the company; many of my friends have begun to use them as well, and they have never had an issue!

I'm not sure if I received the actual Acure night cream. It has a distinct aroma from the bottle I just finished last night. Could you give me an example?

I'm hoping you get a response from someone at the company. I believe the formula has been altered significantly. I had previously used this cream and decided to reapply it. I awoke with a massive breakout after only ONE night. I returned to my old routine, and after everything had cleared up, I tried the cream again, only to wake up with another massive breakout. It's a huge disappointment. If they do make a change, one would hope that they will inform their customers about it.

You're perplexed, aren't you? The product that was advertised was not the same as the one that I received
3/5

The picture shows Acure's BRILLIANTLY Brightening Cream (a superior product), but the one I got is just plain Brightening Cream, a lesser product IMO (somewhat drying) with a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT INGREDIENT LIST! In fact, the ingredients list on this product page is for BRILLIANTLY Brightening Cream, not just plain old Brightening Cream, which is the only reason I paid $7 more for the product (other sellers have it for less than $12). This supplier is overcharging for a superior product that they are falsely advertising while shipping out a subpar product that you can get for a lot less money elsewhere. I don't think the shipping costs or the 45-minute drive to the Amazon warehouse to return it are worth it, so I feel like I've been duped. I despise Amazon as well - Why should I be forced to pay for shipping because the product descriptions are incorrect? FYI, here are the two ingredient lists so you can see the huge difference (for example, aloe as the first ingredient vs. the first ingredient is water): Ingredients: BRILLIANTLY BRIGHTENING CREAM BRILLIANTLY BRIGHTENING CREAM BRILLIANTLY BRIGHTENING CREAM BRILLIANTLY B The organic Aloe Barbadensis (aloe vera) juice is made using organic euterpe oleracea ( acai) berry juice. I'm not sure if it's true
3/5

This is the first time I've ordered ACURE from Amazon. When I first received the ACURE Brightening Night Cream, I noticed that the yellow color on the tube was not the same as what I had previously received. The cream has a distinct smell when it is applied. I'll be buying something else and tossing this out because either the product is rancid or it's not the real deal.

There's no such thing as a rip-off
3/5

This was purchased because it was a close match for the Drunk Elephant Protini in terms of ingredients. This didn't even stoke the DE's interest. This was quite thick, and even a small amount wasn't enough to keep my skin moisturized. This one also caused me to break out all the time, and while I noticed a difference in my complexion with the DE, I didn't notice anything with this one. I've tried my hardest to love it, but it always manages to irritate me. As a result, I'm going to say no.

Designed with my skin in mind
5/5

Your mileage may vary as with all reviews. br>br>I am 48 years old and have always had sensitive skin and hormonal breakouts; my breakouts stopped when I started bioidentical HRT, but I was left with lingering red marks and. The skin on my face is still that of a 48-year-old man. I've used Retinol and Hydroquinone for brightening, and they always work well on sun damage and discoloration, but they dry out my skin like crazy, and the results take at least a week to see after a two-week cycle. br>br>I've been looking for a hydrating, dewy-creating resurfacing face cream for a while, and I've been using some of Acure's other products, including their brightening eye serum, which is the FIRST and ONLY eye product I've ever used that actually DID reduce the bags under my eyes (and I've tried them all because of genetics). all- ) and thought to myself, "What the hell, I'll give the resurfacing line a shot. " omg, omg, omg, omg, omg, omg, So the translucent dewy skin that Korean skin care devotees adore isn't limited to high-end creams, lotions, tinctures, and serums, nor is it a 14-step process. br>br>The brightening and also rejuvenating eye cream, layered with one of their Blue Tansy or Marula oil serum sticks during the day (or of course this product at night). I swear it looks like I've had some kind of expensive cosmetic procedure. My pores are almost undetectable, and my skin tone is flawlessly even, bright, and luminous. br>br>The only thing I'd say is that, as with most glycolic treatments, be cautious around the eyes. Not the skin around the eyes, but the actual eyeballs. I have to be careful not to rub it into my eyes because it irritates them.

Don't think twice about it; it's incredible
5/5

First and foremost. This is a fantastic drunk elephant rip-off. The PERFECT dupe, if you will. A little goes a long way with this cream, and I adore it. My forehead gets a lot of texture because I have oily skin. Drunk elephant was healed by forehead bumps, and when I ran out, I was disappointed and looked for a less expensive alternative. This is the end result. I'll be reordering it now that it's on Prime.

The best peptide moisturizer on the market
5/5

This moisturizer shares 90 of the ingredients with Drunk Elephant Protini moisturizer. The only ingredients that differ from DE are those that affect the product's texture; it has a thicker consistency, but I have extremely dry skin. It can be made lighter by adding hylaronic acid. My skin feels so soft and dewy thanks to the peptides in this product. My 59-year-old skin is free of wrinkles and age spots because I've used sunscreen since I was a child. My problems are elastin and dryness, which this product helps to alleviate. If you like the way Protini makes your skin look, you'll love this moisturizer. It's also fragrance-free.
