If you want to use a moisturizer/spf, use one that has a really good SPF in it. Redness can be caused by difffern because it is so drying.
A very faint or no scent can be detected. The smell of this does not come through when I wash my face. If you have allergies, I cannot predict how it will affect you, but I can say that both this product and the Paula's Choice CLEAR Extra Strength Daily Skin Clearing Treatment have been extremely helpful when it comes to clearing acne. I love how it works!

In my case, the CeraVe Salicylic Acid Cleanser had sold out at all of the nearby stores, so I had to purchase this Paula's Choice cleanser as a temporary replacement. Since this product contains the same active ingredient as the other, I thought it would be okay. Whenever I made this choice, I felt like a king! This is my first bottle of the product and I am blown away by the results. Using Paula's Choice Pore Normalizing Cleanser (this product) and CeraVe's daily moisturizer twice a day (morning and night) as well as mineral sunscreen in the morning, I wash my face twice a day.
I have an average skin type, combining normal and combination. The before pictures were taken in December 2020 and the after pictures were taken on A natural light image was taken from my kitchen window and a light artificial image was taken from my window. The last time I felt this confident was before I became pregnant Now that I'm feeling comfortable again, I'm able to take pictures with COVID. It is a pleasure to work with Paula's.
A lot of my sun-damaged skin has all these little milium cysts that seem to appear suddenly at times. As you might expect, it did the trick. I love it.
