The answer is not clear. There is a sale going on at Walmart where it is being sold at half off,
purchased this product for the past 3 years without any issues. So I cannot answer your question about it lasting 10 months however, I can hazard a guess that it will last.

During my time working for a medical spa, Obagi was a part of the medical grade skincare that was offered. When you purchase the product directly from the company, it will be sealed just as it would be if you purchased it from a store. The scent is just the way it should be. accurate. (I saw someone say that it should be yellow. Pink color, this is not correct, it should be pink in color) It is good for combination or oily skin with acne. Even so, it's gentle enough to use twice daily, but make sure you follow up with a moisturizer as usual. the first time you have used a medical grade skin care product, you may experience a lot of dryness/purging, but trust the process and you'll never go back to drug store face wash again.
