You should buy a formula that states it is for acne-prone skin. As a body moisturizer, it does well as it leaves skin smooth and dry, but it is not overly dry. The only thing I believe that will help is some type of treatment, not just this alone.

I have known my husband to wash his face with this facial bar since I know him and although I rarely wash my face with liquid soaps, I have used it on a few occasions to wash my face. I have normal skin, and my husband has combination skin. Both of us find that the bar works well for This product does not contain any fragrance and is gentle on Our skin does not become dry or itchy from using it, nor do we have any breakouts due to it.
