Being a sweaty dude attending college, I was surprised to find out just how many bars there are in 10 bars. For one guy, these are a lot of bars of soap. This was an excellent deal for the price.
The soap was gritty enough to easily remove actual dirt and grime, making it easy to clean muddy legs and feet. Despite being gentle enough to use on my face, it still effectively cleans my pores. I detect the smell, but it does not overpower me. made the soap look fierce by using sharp angles and trendy text on the front, but please be aware that such styles have no effect on the quality of the Because of the slight curve of the bar, it is easy to clean your legs and arms with it. I like the lather and the scum that clings to the There's not a lot of time before the soap degrades. The first soap bar lasted me about two showers since I keep it in a damp showering room. I shower daily, sometimes twice a day, and it is kept in the showering room. There are 5 weeks left. It is possible that this is the expected life span, but I am not You might not have enough time for me, although I obviously have plenty of time for In the bar they claim to have a moisturizer, but they are lying. I think that this bar isn't the cause of dry skin, but it certainly doesn't prevent it either. This bar can help prevent skin from drying out when used with cooler water. A good moisturizer may be necessary if you're dealing with a serious problem. There is nothing else I want to complain about. Among the advantages A solid bar of soap, the smell isn't overpowering or even apparent, the shape is contoured nicely for washing, the grit inside helps remove dirt well, and there are lots of bars for the price. Apparently degrades within a short period of time, and the moisturizing cream is not very strong.
As long as you're willing to buy 10 bars at once, you're getting a pretty good deal. I enjoy the scent, but it is not overwhelming in any way. There is one possibly important aspect of the bars in that they have small (and it seems water soluble) abrasive grains embedded throughout. It is obviously for exfoliation, but when I first saw it I was a little put off at not seeing this described. The ingredient I've received is of course something I'm happy for. I do not find these bars to be drying on my skin, and they do indeed make me feel very clean after using them. One disadvantage I have noticed is that they don't appear to last very long, but I haven't done a product comparison yet.
I have a 15 yr old son with severe OCD who hides the urge to wash his hands around the house by finding places to wash them indoors. There is no doubt he visits a doctor and he is taking 9) He scrubs up to his elbows and under and around each nail, just as if he were cleaning the inside of the body. No matter how clean an object may be, he is always moving to another room to wash it right away. The cons are In approximately one day, he consumes a bar of this soap. The pros are There was absolutely no way I would have expected to see warning signs of overuse With this soap, you can wash your hands. There was no such thing as that. My house is never stocked with soap, and I have to fight him continually to explain that we cannot afford to purchase the world's largest supply, but it's like telling a drug addict that he cannot purchase the world's biggest supply of drugs The addict needs to stop using drugs. It takes a lifetime to make it stop. However, I bought this soap because the price was fair and we wanted to see if its shelf life would be longer than a soap pump. I replied that his body was not being reddened by it, but I am amazed that he is not suffering in the same way. A natural coconut oil has also worked for me The soap was a palm oil-based soap, and it burned his skin like it was on fire.
So that's the verdict.
This practically melted in the shower. The (apparent) constant lathering proved too much for it. However, as surprising as it may sound, it did not cause me great irritation Ideally, your skin should be clean. This is perfect for individuals with OCD (or who wash This isn't very friendly to your.
In addition to these scents, they have a green and blue version of this line of soap. I am sorry, but I can't recall what they In my humble opinion, the red shade is by far the best. The 1/4 moisturizer is pretty nice. I'm not one for lotion, but my skin looks and feels better now that I'm using it. It's unclear what the grains are in the bar nor do I think there is any real benefit to their presence. The fact that you think you're cleaner does make you feel good. With this and Face & Body, I have been using them for 2 years now, and I will continue to do so. My goal is to make this as helpful as possible.
The green one is best. After having tried their green version of the soap and being very pleased, I decided to give this one a try. In my opinion, this smells like the absolute epitome of Old Spice products, and in a bad, bitter way (but I'm just stating my opinion if you like that, you should buy it). There seems to be no difference between the green version and the brown version in terms of the little particles in the bar. noted that the bar lasted about half as long as the green one did. There is nothing wrong with Dove MEN+CARE soap, but if you want something better, just go for the other one.
After you wash with it, there is just a faint smell left on your skin after it has been used. I do not like how little particles are embedded in the soap which when you wash with the soap you can feel scraping against your skin. The feeling can be so intense at times that it's like rubbing sand on your skin (sandpaper). This is not something I'd buy again since I'm not crazy about that at all. In addition, you have the feeling the substance is still on you even though you have rinsed it off. You just have to expect to deal with "granules" of whatever it is, because some are tiny and almost unnoticeable. While others are of a larger size.
A new favorite soap has come into my life. It doesn't seem to be the same as the women's version to me. There was a film on me from that and I didn't feel clean at all. As far as I am concerned, I only used that once or twice when nothing else was available. There is now a version for men that cleans you very effectively. The Dial I was using dried out my skin. It doesn't do that. Aside from not smelling bad or leaving you smelly, there are no side effects. The cleaner I use tends to leave a lot of residue on me, which causes me to break out. Dove Men's does not suffer from this. It is not known whether any Dove soap bar will last for a long period of time. In order for the soap bar to dissolve easily, the lotion must leave it soft and easy to melt.
