This is amazing! As I am 9 months pregnant, I have NO stretch marks and the baby is due any day now, since I have been using it 3 times a day since 3 months.
Following the negative reviews, I had low expectations, but I'm glad I gave it a try. Please note *br/*br/*- There is no melting going on in my bar, nor does this appear to detract from the quality of the product. It just seems like it had softened and resolidified at one point. I-n- d Although strong and sugary, I expected such a smell to be funny and not nauseating for me (I rather expected something like this There is no denying that it will not be a pleasant smell! I-n- d In my bar, I do not have any dry spots There's a little crumbling in the texture, but it's not too serious. There is still moisture left on it after shaving bits of the skin off. There's nothing better than the scent of this stuff. You can smell the subtle scent of chocolate without it being overpowering. The cocoa butter I used to make whipped body It took me the full 8 ounces of cocoa butter to make the mask. The coconut oil should be eight ounces. There are some jojoba and Argon oils. Oh my gosh. There's butter in there! My skin feels like I have a thick layer of butter. There is such a warm and luxurious feeling to it. I am not a big fan of the smell. There are times when it's not too bad, but it fades with time. Or maybe I grew used to it? I used this on my kids and it's seriously the best! We like it even.
In the past few years, I switched over to more natural skin care products due to lack of finances and ability to purchase most eco-friendly products The lotions in stores and online I found to be skin-friendly. I have used the shea butter from this company to make a variety of lotions over a few years (combining it with coconut oil). It was finally time to branch out and try something new Mango butter, shea butter, cocoa butter, and trader joes coconut oil are just a few of this company's products. I'm happy with the results of this concoction! After about 10 minutes, the scent fades, but I still notice the chocolate smell at first (which initially put me off, but now I like). A zinc powder was also purchased, and I plan to make a skin cream with sun protection that I can use everyday. Adding my own lotions to their products is just wonderful. I will continue to buy their products as long as I make my own.
By directly applying a small chunk to my skin, I was able to get great results. My dry skin was able to absorb it rather quickly and melted into it smoothly. We have been very satisfied so far and expect to be intrigued by other products in the future!.
