These are the best shorts I have tried to find, especially when it's 100 degrees outside. I've tried shorts with long spandex liners, but they're really hard to find and not the most comfortable. Reviews are being done for both sticks and tubs. This is what I use to deal with chaffing on hot spots while running. You won't need the tub if you buy this. It is far superior to glide. I have found that tub products are hard and very difficult to use in the dry summer months (so California cold!) and slimy in the wet winter months. a much better choice than the ball, but tends to finish fast. My experience with this product has been much better than with glide, so I will continue to purchase.

This stuff is amazing - I really like it. My absolute favorite body glide by far! It's thicker than Body Glide and seems to prevent chafing on long runs, I can pronounce all of the ingredients, and enjoy the smell On the long runs, this works so well to avoid chafing. I like it much better than Body Glide.

For quite some time now, I've been dealing with chafing when I go for long walks. When I used to use something like this product, it was always on the shelves. Now it's not available, so I need to find an alternative. The longest I've used baby powder was in the 1980s and 1990s. The result was dryness and painful skin cracking, which was amazing, but just because of this, it did not work. Exactly what I was looking for! I found this product and the price was good. really easy to apply, so there is no fuss with fingers or powders, it's fast, and it smells good as well! It's definitely recommended, I apply it before my walks and I've never had a problem with chafing.
