It is horrible how careless the packaging is

I received the package yesterday and I am extremely dissatisfied with it! Shattered the mirror as soon as it arrived! It was surprising to see such shoddy packaging from a manufacturer with so many positive reviews. It was no wonder the box broke, there wasn't even a single layer of padding. The damage product is even returned to me for free replacement since they won't even provide a free replacement.

I've found the perfect palette

The shadows on this pallet have a superlative quality. There are so many looks you can accomplish with this palette. In addition to being highly pigmented and long lasting, they blend easily. As a collector, it is a favorite of mine out of so many high end pallets I own.

Eyeshadow palettes are incredibly popular among many people, and I readily admit that I have a lot of them. It was just this UD palette that I needed. Fast shipping and highly pigmented colors made this a good buy. I received it with two of the shades shattered (bottom row, last two shades on the right side). I am always excited when something like that happens, since shades are often what I am most The skins are still usable after pressing them a few times, although you'll have to be more careful when handling.

I'm not sure if they are performing quality checks as well as they should. There are still some tins not filled with product. Just so happens that those colors are the ones for which I bought the pallet. There is no question that I am disappointed.
