The ingredients are difficult to come by. You must remove the label from the bottle and then cut it into two pieces. This is the best long-wearing, budget-friendly foundation I've ever used. I've been using it since it was first released. THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT! It is essential to my survival. When the seasons change, I have a variety of colors to match my skin. As a result, it's a favorite of mine all year. All skin types will benefit from this foundation. I'm not sure why they messed up what was otherwise a great product. I bought it twice so I could give it a fair chance. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to tolerate this. With the red cap make-up that Rimmel pulled off the market, I was spoiled. 😫😥.
I'm 58 years old, and my skin is extremely sensitive. I have had no breakouts, dry skin, or sensitivity since starting to use this product. My skin's condition and appearance have both improved as a result of it. I would strongly advise anyone to purchase this product.
This foundation is in the shade fair ivory, which I purchased. That isn't a completely accurate shade name, in my opinion. It's too dark for me, and I usually get by with foundation that has fair before ivory or porcelain. If you have trouble finding pale enough foundations in the drugstore, this may not be the foundation for you. In the Maybelline Fit Me range, it is about a half shade to nearly a full shade darker than 102. I can make it work if I use a lighter coverage and spread it out with a sponge before draping it down my neck. It's too dark as a medium-to-full coverage. If I powder to set it, it will last for 8 hours on my combination skin. It breaks down on my chin and nose after 5 hours if I don't set with powder; I don't mind setting with powder, but if you do, this may not be for you. This gives me a nice natural-looking complexion that blends out easily. It gives my t zone area a glowy appearance, which I like. Even after setting with powder, it does not last very long on my combination skin, but if I am not sweaty, I can get up to 8 hours of wear time. Despite some flaws, I like the finish and how easy it is to apply.
This foundation is a definite keeper for me. I'd been using their Lasting Finish 25 HR Foundation for years and had never had any issues or dislikes with it. I was pleasantly surprised by the coverage and ease of application after reading other Rimmel Lasting Finish Breathable Foundation reviews. The applicator makes application a breeze, and the product spreads evenly across your face without leaving a greasy residue. I don't need to wash my hands to remove any excess foundation because there isn't any! br>This is a product that I HIGHLY recommend.
The best low-cost primer on the market. I've tried a lot of primers, but this one is my favorite because it's just thick enough to feel like a full-coverage foundation. Despite this, it appears to be indistinguishable. Because I'm tired of products that are overpriced due to brand name, I've been gravitating toward less expensive brands when I can.
I really like the tip about the applicator. It applies easily and provides adequate coverage without being too thick. I really like the color scheme. Keep in mind that if you spill some on your clothes, it takes a lot of effort to get it off, which is why I gave it four stars. Because it's difficult to wash off your hands, we recommend using a makeup sponge to blend. But I really like how long it lasts. I have mature skin that does not settle into my wrinkles and remains smooth throughout the day.
This is an excellent face foundation. It is extremely light. It has medium to full coverage but does not feel heavy on the skin. Because of the light weight feel of the foundation, I even used it as a concealer under my eyes. The color matches the Amazon image. That image served as a color match for me, and it was successful. I understand that color matching products purchased online can be difficult, but I had no such issues. I work as a teacher, and my days can be long, so I keep this foundation on until I take it off at night. It has an incredible lifespan. Make sure you have foundation! It is reasonably priced and performs admirably.
