When left standing for long periods of time, it tends to separate, but a quick smoosh with the applicator wand easily blends it back together. In terms of how long it will last once it has been opened.... To avoid bacterial contamination, "authorities" recommend replacing makeup every 3 to 6 months, but I've had no problems using mine for much longer. Maybe I struck it rich.

The peppermint oil gives off a light cooling tingle that quickly fades. It doesn't have a greasy or sticky texture. It does require reapplication every hour or so, but hey, sunscreen should always be reapplied! This, like most spf lip products, is a little drying, so after you get home, apply a good moisturizing balm. br>br>The only drawback to this gloss is that it smells like airplane glue, which is odd; however, I plan to purchase more in different colors. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative The item labeled "clear" is actually a pearly white that is translucent, not clear! This shot of pale pearl on my lips doesn't bother me, but if you prefer a clear gloss, this isn't it. I hope this information is useful.
I misplaced my previous one, which I had purchased from a dermatologist, and was fortunate enough to find an identical one on Amazon. This is primarily for sun protection on my lips. There isn't much of a flavor, which is a plus, but it does dry out the lips, which is to be expected with zinc-based sunblocks. It has a lovely color. It accomplishes its primary goal.
On my lips, Siren appeared to be dried blood. I really like this lip gloss in Coral, but I thought I'd try the deep red version, Siren. Because Coral is so close to my natural lip color, I didn't realize how sheer the product is until I applied Siren, which made my lips look like I'd smeared blood. It looked fine in the tube, but when I had chapped lips, it looked off and almost like dried blood, rather than a pleasant kind of sheer red that highlights the lip's natural color. This might look better on people with darker skin tones, but if you're pale like me, you should look for a red lip gloss somewhere else.
It's difficult, if not impossible, to find spf lip products that are mineral-based, fragrance/flavor-free, and won't leave a white cast, but this product checks two of those boxes (mineral-based and no white cast). However, the mint flavor is slightly overpowering, though it is far superior to those with a floral or fruity flavor. This is a great formula; it adheres well but isn't too sticky, and it feels great on the lips. It has a lovely sheer tint to it. But I'm not sure I'll buy it again unless the flavor is removed or toned down.
I live near the beach and am constantly outside; I love these because they both moisturize and protect me from the sun. I apply a lipliner first, then this, and my lips are completely transformed.
Even though it's a little sticky and fades quickly, I keep buying it. I like how glossy it is, how pretty the color is, and how difficult it is to find natural lip sun protection.
The color combination is stunning; It's subtle and adds enough color to my lips without being overpowering. Unfortunately, when I apply it alone, it goes on smoothly and then dries up in a matter of minutes. To keep my lips from drying out, I have to apply a lip balm first.
Everything from thick white zinc to SP 50 chapsticks has been tried. This product outperformed everything else I've tried! It's also a long-lasting lip gloss! I'm so glad I gave it a shot!.
