Pur Minerals 4- has been my go-to product. I've been using 1 pressed mineral makeup for years and am very happy with it. This most recent one I bought is unique, and not in a good way. It's not the same consistency. When I use the same brush as before, the powder spreads all over the place. Pur Minerals has never had a problem with this. Instead of the Pur Minerals I'm used to, it looks like a cheap drugstore powder. Powder flies everywhere with just one swipe of the brush, and it leaves my skin looking dry and caked. This is incorrect, as anyone familiar with the product knows. I'm not sure if Pur's formula has changed, but it's not working for me. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I visited a well-known cosmetics counter. Visit the Pur Minerals store to see what they have for sale. The first one I tried was the same silky, smooth formula I'd been using all along. There was also one that was dry, powdery, and messy, similar to the one I had recently purchased on Amazon. The old, fantastic formula comes with a brown label on the bottom of the compact, whereas the new, AWFUL formula comes with a black label. After all these years, I'm going to change my makeup! Pur Minerals made a bad decision!.

However, I wish it was more secure and healthy. For the past eight years, I've been bouncing back and forth in search of the ideal foundation. But this is something I always come back to. There isn't anything else that works as well for me. I used to have a bad case of psoriasis on my face when I first started using this product. I had dry skin, what appeared to be acid burns, and a plethora of irritated acne. I was also a very active person who didn't want anything clogging my pores. With the use of a heavier foundation on those areas, I was able to completely conceal all of these flaws. Unlike a lot of liquid foundations and powders, it didn't make my dry skin look flaky. I could occasionally sleep with it on without fear of my condition worsening. br>br>On you, this product looks and feels fantastic. I dress in a lot of black suits and slacks. I've rubbed my face and then rubbed my clothes with other products, and it's left a skin-colored streak on my clothes. Not to mention the fact that my hand feels dirty. This product, in my opinion, is not as bad. There may be some rubbing off, but it will not be greasy, and my hand will appear clean after touching my face. There is no make-up with this product. sponge pad that has been cleaned up To get the best coverage, I recommend getting one that is supple and not too sheer. br>br>Whenever I use something that contains harsh chemicals, I try to be cautious. This foundation was put to the test by the Environmental Working Group - According to the Skin Deep website, this received a level 5 rating on a scale of 1 to 10. Harsh chemicals are ranked on a scale of one to ten, with ten being the most dangerous. Retinol (synthetic Vitamin A) is the most harmful chemical here. On a scale of one to ten, this chemical receives a nine. "Restrictions on use, developmental/reproductive toxicity, biochemical or cellular level changes, cancer, organ system toxicity (non-genotoxic)" reproductive system)). If you consume too much, especially while pregnant, it is harmful to your health. I'm going to switch if I find one. br>br>I'd like to request that PUR Minerals investigate the chemicals they're using and seek out alternative, healthier ways to achieve the same look and feel that we've come to expect from them. It appears to me that they are targeting women who prefer organic, natural cosmetics. Despite this, they contain harmful chemicals such as Retinol, which are unnecessary. If they changed their recipes to make their products healthier, I would be a lifelong customer.

I don't wear much makeup, and when I do, it's very light and simple. To be clear, I'm not an expert; I'm just a regular girl who cleans up now and then.
- User-friendliness: This product is simple and straightforward to use; one click and you're done.
- The packaging (dense, attractive) appears to be of good quality.
- Shade: Fortunately, it matches my skin tone! (I've included a closeup selfie of myself wearing nothing but the powder to assist others in deciding on a shade. ) I developed a light tan as a result of the exposure to the sun. FYI: This time of year, my skin is at its lightest/in the summer, I'm a shade darker, I'm 33, and have dry skin).
- Coverage: It's a light coverage, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it's "barely there. " 'There's no doubt about it. ' To be honest, I don't require wrinkle or acne coverage. Basically, I'm looking for something to finish off my look once I've done up my eyes and lips.
Pros: SPF that's already built in! Cons: There is no applicator included. Separately, you'll need to buy a kabuki brush.
