Questions & Answers
I've had this problem as well, and through trial and error, I've discovered that if I turn the applicator upside down, with the part that touched my face touching the mirror rather than the powder, I don't get the hard/cakey spots.
This is something that Simply Powder would absolutely do. I'm 60 years old and have the same issue with liquid foundations. I don't use them any longer. However, I did not receive Simply Powder when I placed my order. They sent me "Clean Powder," which I didn't care for nearly as much as I had hoped. I'm not a fan of bait and switch either. I don't want a substitute, so I expect to get exactly what I ordered.

It's no longer acceptable for a company to simply have a good product; we live in an era of growing corporate responsibility, and CoverGirl clearly understands this, as they were finally forced to become cruelty-free. br>br>When will they stop wasting unnecessarily large quantities of plastic? br>br>The plastic containers in which these small powder patties are packaged are not recyclable. If you need new foundation powder, however, you'll have to settle for another non-recommended brand. a plastic chunk that can be recycled br>br>Separately sell the plastic case and the small tin of powder inside. Add a magnet to the case to keep the powder tin in place until it's empty. Purchase a new tin of powder, place it in the same old case, and you're ready to go! br>br>I imagine they'd have a harder time persuading people to pay $6 for a tiny little 5 mm deep/6 cm across circle of powder. br>br>I have a handful of these powder's empty plastic cases and have yet to figure out how to reuse them. br>br>I'm glad CG finally gave in and went cruelty-free, but there's still a long way to go. br>br>I will not purchase this product again until CoverGirl ceases to contribute to environmental destruction.
I really like this. It's so light that you won't even notice you're wearing it. It's quick and easy, and it evens out my skin tone in just one step. It's something I've been using for a long time and I really like it! br>I have normal skin, with the occasional pimple or twin. In the winter, my skin is particularly dry. br>I'm 45 years old and have always had a problem with foundation making my pores appear larger than they are. This isn't true in the least! br>I'm going to keep using this until they stop making it or I die, whichever comes first. I've tested foundations at every price point. I bought it because of the good reviews and the low price. I'm glad I took the chance. It's light, but it's still a good amount of coverage. I went with the Classic Ivory option. It has a matte finish and is medium to light in color. This powder meets or exceeds the performance of more expensive powders. I'll buy it again without a doubt.
I've been using this product for at least 4 years, and I wet the sponges before applying it to ensure a smooth, even application. Most people try to apply DRY, but I never do; instead, I use a WET sponge, which covers well and does not resemble a cake face. It's something that both of my daughters use and have no problems with!.
This is something I've used for a long time! I have been doing this since I was in my early twenties and am now 43 years old. I love that it's a mix of concealer and powder, and it gives me the best coverage for the price I've found. It gives the appearance of flawless skin.
This powder has been my go-to for a long time. It's nice and matte, and it's great for a light makeup day or for setting heavier bbs or foundation with a little concealer. You'll need to reapply it because it doesn't last as long as a setting powder, but it does provide more coverage.
I have a summer shade and a winter shade that are vastly different, and this is my go-to when I'm too dark for one and too light for the other, and my skin color changes as the summer progresses. These are cheap enough that I can stock up on a few different colors to match my summer tan until my regular brand's darkest shade looks right again. When there was no Sephora nearby and only a drug store, I discovered this while on vacation. Always buy on Amazon because drugstores charge twice as much, but even at drugstore prices, this is a great deal. I've tried a lot of different ones over the years, but this is the one I keep returning to. It provides the most coverage and can be built up without appearing chalky. It doesn't cake up during touch-ups and remains in place even in high humidity. If you're looking for a good foundation/setting powder that's not too pricey, give this one a shot. What do you stand to lose at this price point?.
