My Simply Powder seals my matte finish, which endures sweat and water nicely for me. In my opinion, if the foundation wasn't sealed with powder, the foundation would run when exposed to moisture.
A vacation has taken place. I have never come across a product as great as this. I do not use a powder over this because I use a colour base over it.

The serum is applied every day after applying L'Oréal's Age Perfect Gold Serum and daily day cream, Cellular Renewal. Without it, I wouldn't be able to start my day. This is a June 9th, 2021, receipt. Until I tried it, it came out watery with chunky chunks, because I did not check the expiration date. I noticed then that it was expired 2 MONTHS prior to when it was delivered to me.
I love the product, but I hate the packaging. Only 1/2 of the water will be pumped out, and the pump will not work anymore. This is an issue that needs to be dealt with.
My personal preference is to wear a little less, but this is a good option as well. It provides good coverage but doesn't feel heavy in my opinion.
