The Chinese. The image of the product I received does not match the one I received. It was not the same brand as mine (I've previously used Vogue The only thing I received was a Chinese pen and all the instructions were in Chinese). I would not recommend it
In case you were wondering, if it is sold in mainland China, then it is not cruelty-free This drug is free and must be tested on animals according to Chinese law. As for online purchases, they are exempt from the animal testing requirements, but the company would still have to comply with these requirements if they hope to sell their product online. If the company can provide details regarding whether it is only sold online in China or whether it is also sold in actual stores, that would be helpful. Toward the end of the video, it didn't say whether they sold their products online or in Chinese stores. I can understand if the ACTUAL ingredients are vegan and cruelty-free. Cruelty-free, however, it would certainly not be the case for anything sold in actual Chinese stores, which subject it to animal testing.

My first try was taping the lines, and I've tried regular liquid liners, plastic stamping devices, stencils, and so on! Hence, when I saw this I thought, huh, why not give it a go. Because nothing else has worked or worked the way it should, I didn't put high hopes in it. I was immediately drawn to the fact that this gem had arrived and I had to try it right away, despite my laughing at how terrible it would probably be. However, as I would not be able to connect the left cat eye to my existing liner, I put the right one on first, and it was still perfect. Because I thought it was just a fluke, I did the right eye as well. Again, it turned out pretty clean and perfect!
I have never before in my life been able to perform a cat eye so quickly. I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO CONSIDER THE 2 minutes it took! As a matter of fact, I did not encounter any streaks or anything like that. This is a clean, crisp line. I also love that it has two ends, one with the stamp and one with a thin tip so you can connect the liner and cat-eye. As a result of my newfound cat eye skill, I can do it every single day and look like a badass, and everyone can think I spend hours doing my makeup When I wake up, I'm on the go.
This would have been a great idea if I had thought of it. Printed on the end of a pencil with a liner on the other side of each of the two eyes are stamps for the right eye and left eye. It makes it so much easier to create wings! The cons are As for the wing, it takes time to get it right, so if the first go is a dud, then keep trying. As I straightened my hair after applying my makeup, the heat from the straightener caused my eyeliner to stick to my eyelids. At first, I thought it was just a weird thing to happen, but then I noticed it does the same thing when it's hot outside as well! I am not a big fan of the packaging that this eyeliner comes in. When I tried to remove the cap, it would not come off. I pulled so hard that it finally came off! I ended up with eyeliner all over the bathroom floor, towels, and on Although I did manage to put it back together, the whole thing was never in my expectations. The quality is low, but the price makes up for it! I recommend this for people who are struggling with their wing eyeliner and who want more practice!.
