I'm not sure, but this isn't something I'd spend my money on. It couldn't even draw a solid line without breaking off in small clumps that got in my eyes. The quality of this product is unbelievable.
Their cosmetics are made in China.

These are something I can't seem to get enough of. They are extremely inexpensive and remain in place throughout the day. For some reason, my eyelids are extremely sweaty, and this continues throughout the day. br>I placed a large order for my family to try. Love it!.
I'm new to eyeliner in general, so I understand if what happened to me was my fault; however, I found that while the liner swatched nicely, applying it to my actual eyelid was difficult. Only half of the product fell out of the pencil after a lot of pressure and dragging. I was able to re-insert it, but not before noticing that the liner is hollow on the inside, making it more likely to break. I can't complain because it was such a low-cost item, but Wet n Wild has a lot of high-quality products for the price. Perhaps I'm not cut out for gel liners.
I ordered it again because it was so good the first time and it's completely different this time. The packaging is identical, but getting it on my lids has become extremely difficult! I have to scrape really hard to get a faint, sheer grey line; I'm so disappointed; why fix something that isn't broken?.
I've seen six of them and continue to return. I've paid top dollar for Mary Kay, Clinique, Maybelline, and other brands of gel or "soft" eyeliners, but this one for the price is unbeatable! It's a very soft eyeliner that requires a light hand to apply, but once it's on and dries, it STAYS put! Wet N Wild did a fantastic job!.
This was the first time I used this eyeliner since purchasing it. It smudged, so I was a little disappointed. When I rubbed one of my eyes, it fell out. It is simple to use and provides excellent value for my money, but I am dissatisfied. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Longevity, water resistance, and ease of use make this a fantastic value. When it's time, I'll place another order.
This is the "gel" version of the liner, not the standard one. It also has a foul odor. It simply does not adhere to wet, dry, or primed skin. Their original product is a thousand times better than this nonsense.
