Taking it off by itself in water is not possible. With an eye/make up remover, it does but not with water. Putting on a face wash.
It is not on the tube, so I don't know. My favorite part of the eyeliner is the browliner.

What a great idea! A pretty fine point on the tip allows for control of thick or thin lines, and it is SO smudge-proof It's true! It happens quite often that I get water sprayed in my face when I work with animals, and it won't Do you think it would be okay if I slept After I wake up, my sleep is still solid. What am I doing to my eyes? I've been rubbing them way way more than I should be. The eyes of a raccoon are off limits! If I want it gone, I can wash it off with water or a remover wipe!
I highly recommend this eyeliner to anyone who wants a good, budgeproof eyeliner without taking 50 years and a bottle of oil to remove it.
After a while, the bristles bent even more and only became worse. My eye lid developed a stye when it smeared up in my eye and got into my eye.
The kat von d tattoo liner I had always used seemed like the perfect dupe for the nyx epic ink that I found when I was searching for something just as great, but less expensive. Although I was careful putting the lid on, the liner began to split at the top and then I couldn't use it so I had to go back to the store to search for something else. Wet and Wild looked interesting, so I thought I would give it a try, but because it was so cheap I wasn't expecting much. I was so surprised, let me tell you. This liner applied smoothly and I was able to get the perfect wing. I noticed very little fading on this liner. It lasted all day long without smudging. This is a better alternative to the KVD. Since I discovered this liner, I use it every single day! My recommendation is definitely to try!.
Sadly, it doesn't hold up well, seems faded after a few hours. My eye stays put with a light touch of rub, but if I touch it with even the slightest amount of moisture, the eyeliner smudges. Likewise, if you have hooded eyes, it will show in the upper part of the face, which can My experience with other products hasn't been the same. In addition, the eyeliner bleeds into the texture of your skin, which I did not experience before using other eyeliners. The line I have just created is a little thicker than normal and my eyelids are sticking to the upper portion, so I went out today with a little extra line and came home with a second line. The air at the beach is a little more humid and sticky, but I didn't have this problem with other Wet n' Wild liquid eyeliners I have.
A super thin, waterproof line that isn't just waterproof -- There is nothing that can break this stuff! One of the best eyeliners I have ever used. It is the fine line you can get with this eyeliner pen that I love the most. There is so much precision in it, I can do a thicker and more dramatic line or a very thin one Even though there is no eye makeup on, there is a visible line that is visible. What is more, water-proof is a massive I won't be able to take it off with oil if I don't take this off right away Take off your makeup with a water-based cleanser! I had to rinse my eyes with water after I ran into an unfortunate situation It took me a little time to err and spray a little perfume in, but I managed to get my eyeliner perfect by the end. I slept in my makeup that night, and when I woke up, I was glowing. I did a workout later on that day and my eyeliner still looks great. As I rubbed my eyes vigorously, I saw that she was still perfect. There was some slight flaking, but the eyeliner was mostly intact. When it came time to remove it, I had to use two pumps of my oil cleanser to remove it.
Due to the excellent quality of this product, I have stopped using high end eyeliner. It works better than any high end or drugstore liquid liner I have My everyday liquid eyeliner holds up the best and at its price point, it makes me wonder why so many brands are charging so much for inferior products. I have four of these on backup because I am disappointed with how my makeup looks when I use anything else or try anything else. The only thing I can say about this is that I have literally fallen asleep with it on and woke up with the rest of my makeup wiped off, but my eyeliner still looks great. I like the brush tip because it is neither too thick nor thin, and it does not Frey too much. The matte finish is quite nice. In the past, I have purchased several times and I intend to continue to do so.
As I mentioned above, I typically use Kat Von D liner, but money is tight (pandemic). It used to be called H20 Proof when I used it several years ago. As soon as I gave it a second chance, I was extremely pleased. I love the quality of the material, its staying power, its smooth fluid line, and how easy it is Additionally, the price is amazing. I live in NYC and everything is so much more expensive, so it makes sense that at this price, I will stock up.
The only issue I have with it is that, no matter how careful I am with recapping it, some of the bristles always wind up bent and won't return to their original position. Even though it doesn't smudge, it stays intact for an entire day. The design of these is actually more appealing to me than that of other high-end.
