If you want to buy eyeliner, Amazon is not the place to go. If I succumb to the temptation to take advantage of Amazon's low prices, I am always mad at myself. Yet I needed to replace my amazing Buxom Insider Eyeliner, the best eyeliner you can get for tightlining, and I had read that Urban Decay is the closest, so I placed my order for As soon as the box was opened, the first one arrived. Once I took the cap off the pencil, I noticed that it had already To make it sanitary, I sharpened it enough so that I didn't have to take the time to return it. Also arrived the second pencil, which was also first used, but did so in a much worse manner. There were just a few things I didn't like. The lid goes inside the eye anyway, so it shouldn't be too challenging. There is a risk of infection there. Why would anyone want to go I was very pleased with the seller's willingness to exchange the item. As with the other two pencils I received in exchange, this one was as well in an open box. As with the rest of them, the cap was dirty and the smudged. In removing the cap, I found the point of the pencil had been pushed through! Even if the blade could be sharpened, I wasn't sure. A second letter was sent to the seller just to let her know. No, I did not ask for it to be returned. It was not worth the risk of another UPS trip since we are a quarantined household. Although I noticed that the seller did not appear to be aware of the fact that reselling returned eyeliner pencils is not a good practice or hygenic. As a matter of fact, I sent her a photo of the pushed in point, but I made no request for anything else. In response, she stated all of her items were brand new and never used before. As long as I know this is the way things are, I will try to avoid buying cosmetics from Amazon in the future. I urge you to be cautious. The worst thing that can happen to your eyes is an infection!.

After purchasing 12 eyeliners, I tested them all to see which one I liked best. I apply my eyeliner to what's called "the waterline" of the eye, which is the inside of the bottom lid. Eyeliner that lasts all day and doesn't smear and makes me look like a raccoon was what I was looking for. All but three of the products that I reviewed met or exceeded my highest expectations. The pencil you sent is a used one, which is extremely disappointing! A blue-colored stain appeared on the eyeliner and was not only not used, but was not even attached to a cap and did not have an eyeliner cap. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!.

In the 90s I was a slave to black eyeliner from Maybelline, but I'd always come home with racoon eyes by the end of the night. As long as it is applied smoothly, it stays put for at least eight hours. I only have one complaint, since the pencil is so soft that it does not keep a sharp point or stay sharp for long, so it is hard to draw fine lines but it does the job. There's no reason not to.

After over an hour of working with it, I finally came up with a solution. For me, this is not a "glide on" situation. There was no grit, it was hard, it skipped, and it Not at all. It was a waste of $30. The "glide on" applies to me since I am 70ish. As eyelids are no longer smooth, that was a major selling point for me. Do not need a product that accentuates it and flake off at the same time.

Keeping my eyes black with eyeliner is a must. The pencil needs to be sharpened periodically so that it is always usable. It doesn't matter how long it lasts since the $22 is irrelevant. So long as I don't touch my eyes, it lasts all day without smudging. The only thing I am straight is that I am a goth. Almost every black eyeliner has been tried by me. Sharpening this and using it only on water lines is my preferred method. There is no issue with my colored contacts, something I find very important. My makeup knowledge is extensive due to my goth background dating back to the 1980s.

A sample was included in a subscription box, and I haven't used anything else since then. There have been several times when I have purchased this, and it really is This eyeliner is a favorite of mine. I'm able to take this one off easily, it goes on smoothly, and it stays on until I take it You can wear it during the day. It doesn't run when you cry or smudge it. It is the eyeliner that every user would like to have. In terms of colors, I like Smoke, it's just a little lighter than the blackest black, but definitely not brown or gray.

I wear it as my only liner pencil. A softer one does not last as long as a hard He wears it every day, and it probably lasts for three months before he wears out. In my book, that's good enough. Despite not sharpening it daily, I do it every now and then. It does not smear at all throughout the day.
