A little goes a long way with this liner, in my opinion. It will set better if I apply some and then smudge it with the smudger end or my favorite liner brush. It uses less product, and there is no smudging, as opposed to when I just apply the liner.

This is a twist-up pencil that does not require the use of a sharpener. Remove the plastic piece and sponge to reveal a sharpener for giving the bottom of the pencil a pointy edge. Using it isn't required.
The sponge tip on the eyeliner can come loose from the stem on occasion. Have you checked the packaging to see if the sponge tip and stem were separated during shipping?

IT'S HARD TO FIND SOMETHING LIKE THAT. br>What I like best about this eyeliner is that it allows me to SMUDGE it when I first apply it (I only use a thin line on the upper eyelid). It has a dark tone to it, but it isn't oppressive. br>br>STOCKING UP ON ENERGY - This is sufficient for my upper lid, with no raccoon eyes. But I don't use a lot of it and smudge it on purpose. I have no idea how it would feel on the undereye and along the water line. br>br>GLIDING POWER! THIS WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. With lids approaching seven decades old, there's some wrinkling and they're just more sensitive; I had a pencil that was supposed to be super easy and glide on, but it didn't. This glides across the page as smoothly as a pencil can. (and I still prefer pencils to liquids or gels for ease of application and staying power)br>br>COST - If you've looked at eyeliner prices recently, you'll notice that it's not cheap, and if you read reviews like I do, you'll notice that paying three times the price doesn't always mean you're getting a better product! This provides me with exactly what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. br>br>CONS: I have a steady hand and have been using eyeliner for decades, so this is not an issue for me. I would recommend using a powder if your lids are wrinkled, your skin is thin/sensitive, and your hand is not very steady. I've used it a few times, mostly to lightly touch up my brows, but it's GENTLE. Drawing a thin line, on the other hand, is extremely difficult. I came across this little gem while searching Amazon for a waterproof eyeliner. Why did I come to a halt and take the time to read the advertisement? Because of the low cost and the fact that it was advertised as waterproof. Okay, fine, I'll give it a shot. It'll set you back just $4. It arrived in good shape and matches the description in the advertisement. It's waterproof, but it's not smudge-proof. My allergies can drive me crazy at times, causing me to rub my eyes like a sleepy baby. In three seconds, my eyes can transform from glamorous to raccoon. If I don't use the proper liner/mascara, it takes me 2 seconds to get ready. My opinions: It's well worth the $4 price tag. It's also water-resistant. That is, after all, the whole point. My makeup stays put just fine and looks great all day long as long as I don't rub my eyes like a nut. Another advantage is that it does not need to be reapplied throughout the day and does not leave a line in creases or fine lines around the eyes like some eye products do. It does have a sharpener so you can draw more defined lines around your eyes, but it's really more for blending and definition than for harsh or defined lines. It works well with the included blender tip or your finger to create a smoky look. This is a product that I will purchase again. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative 5 ways to use this item It lasted for eight weeks when used six days a week. br>br>If you found this review useful, please let me know by clicking the "helpful" button. My favorite eyeliner is Rimmel Exaggerate waterproof eyeliner. It's not too expensive. It's simple to use and lasts longer than most other eyeliners I've tried. It's one of my favorite features because it never needs to be sharpened. A small, built-in sharpener is included, however, if you want to keep the tip in a precise point. (I don't sharpen mine. ) I don't think it's waterproof, despite the fact that it's advertised as such. First and foremost, I can wash it off in the shower without the use of any makeup remover. Also, my eyes water from time to time, and when I dry them, I usually wipe some of it away. Finally, some of it does occasionally get caught in the crease of the lid. But I'd rather have that issue than struggle to remove the eyeliner (and possibly lose an eyelash or two), as is the case with some other waterproof eye products. I'd suggest it.
eye-reading According to liner reviews, the same eyeliner performs very differently on different people, even if they use it the same way. I have dry skin, and this Rimmel eyeliner glides on smoothly, albeit with an uneven line; it stays soft long enough to blend and shade the line, and it lasts all day, even beneath the lower lid. There are no eyes like those of the walking dead vampires here!.
Hazel eyes that are bright. I purchased this product [first] on a Walmart clearance sale because I had never seen "copper" eye shadow before and wanted to give it a try. I don't want to appear ridiculous as a senior, but this color really brought out my hazel eyes! It applies smoothly and doesn't tug at wrinkly eyelids. It has just the right amount of sheen to look soft without being overly gleaming. I wanted to keep going because I wanted to learn more. I had it on hand, but since it was on clearance, I assumed I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere else. I went to Amazon and found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price! I'm very pleased.
I've tried a lot of eyeliner, including cheap eyeliner, and this is by far the best. It glides on smoothly and creates a dramatic effect. It also lasts a long time; I used it on my water line and it lasted a full day of hiking, swimming, and showering before I had to wipe it off. It only sunk in a little, but I could wipe it away and it still looked like I had eye liner on. This is a fantastic product that I will be purchasing again, and you should as well!.
