I have never used Revlon makeup, but this time turned me off. I felt as if the eyeliner was decades old and had been shipped to me from the very back corner of a warehouse because it crumbled in pieces every time it touched my eyelid. I am disappointed. The only problem is that it is a waterproof eyeliner, therefore you need makeup remover pads that are specifically designed to also used Neutrogena brand pads and Olay brand pads, both work fine, just whatever is more convenient and less expensive for you.
