My soul escapes when I see that this is among the WORST under eye "perfection" creams I've ever tried. In order to get product on the brush at top, TRUE FAULT likes to turn the bottom of the applicator when using its applicator. It is not a good idea to apply this type of product with a brush. In my opinion, there are many, many other fine products on the market that achieve the same results without the "wear and tear" of JUST TAKING THE TIME TO UTILIZE this particular product. That's a waste of time. This product is no good at all. I typically use other Neutrogena products but this one is a waste of money. It has a chalky consistency Using the brush application system might seem like a good idea, but it does nothing to improve the consistency as it remains thick and chalky, despite its inability to be smoothed with fingers or a brush. My experience with this company was extremely frustrating. I received a package filled with nothing the first time! In the second instance, the product was defective and did not dispense as expected.
