I'm not sure, but the quantity is the same, and the 7" is the same.
If it does, I'm not sure. It may not work if your hair is extremely short, such as a bob. It will work if your hair is at least shoulder length, but I'm not sure about the layers.
They appear to be manufactured in China, according to my research.

I had no idea what to expect from this product when I bought it because I needed a way to curl my daughter's hair without using heat for a pageant. When my mother's old curlers broke and became stuck in her hair, I ordered these to replace them. Our trial run was last night because they arrived the day before. I began with dry hair and dampened the comb before rolling each section. My daughter kept them in all night playing after we were done, never complaining that they were uncomfortable. She even claimed to have slept in them and that they were comfortable to sleep on. We took them out this morning, and I was completely taken aback by their stunning curls. Wow! Because I didn't expect them to work so well, I used the thinner rods to roll them tight. She was enamored with her beautiful curls and thought she resembled Goldilocks. I'm blown away by how well they worked together, and I'm looking forward to doing some more practice with them. This was my first time using this type of roller, so I'm sure I didn't section the hair properly, but I'm pleased with the results! This is an excellent item.
These are great and work well, but if you have thick hair like I do, you'll have a hard time using them. You only get six of each size, which was insufficient for my hair. I used all six of the largest rollers and my hair was still wet after 18 hours; I did it again with the two largest sizes and my hair was dry overnight, but I didn't like the look of two different sizes rollers. I ended up purchasing 12 Diane Twist-Flex rods, which cost about the same as the entire kit. If you think you'll use multiple sizes, 1 or 2 of these will suffice; however, if you're like me and only plan on using one size, you'll be better off purchasing them separately.
Get your hands on some curlers! This set of foam curlers is AMAZING! I put them to use in my own home right away. My two daughters blew dry their hair without using any product, and to my surprise, we ended up with soft curls after a couple of hours. They didn't last very long, but that was due to my lack of preparation. Last night, I applied dTERRA gel to damp hair and combed it through, then used some of the larger curlers to create big waves in the morning. I will say that they are extremely uncomfortable to sleep in, as many other reviewers have stated. Putting your hair up in a couple of ponytails appears to be a good idea. The curlers, on the other hand, would make them more comfortable to sleep in. Regardless, I had fantastic curls/waves this morning, which looked even better with a little finger work. have been holding all day! I can't say enough about how safe and non-toxic they are. curls are being harmed! They are fantastic. Please give it a thumbs up if it was of use to you. Curling is fun!.

I did have to purchase a few more packs of the really small ones separately because I don't need the larger sizes and there were probably only about 20 small ones that fit my needs. In that regard, I wish they'd made a 42-inch version available. a set of shorts Only available in mediums. But I'm not sure if that would be financially viable for them. In any case, I'm satisfied with them, and they're significantly less expensive than the beauty supply. They appear to be of good quality as well. I've bent, twisted, and folded the BeeJeezus out of the smaller ones, and so far none of them has broken. For the money, it's a good deal.
These work best on damp hair that is neither too wet nor too dry. When the hair is damp, rolling it is also easier. I've read mixed reviews about how comfortable it is to sleep in, and I'm in the middle of the pack. They aren't ideal for sleeping in, but they aren't terrible either. During the night, I tweaked a few rollers. br>I used the larger ones to create tight waves and loose curls, and they worked well. I still sprayed my hair, but it didn't hold as well as if I had used a curling iron. It is undeniable that using them speeds up the morning preparation process. br>I don't use them every night, but every now and then to take a break from curling my hair with the curling iron.
To use these without pulling on your hair strands, you'll need skill and attention. The end cap has the potential to catch a strand under the foam, which is a flaw in the design. It's best to lay these out horizontally so that all of the hair rolled up in them receives equal weight pulling. Otherwise, when they're rolled up and crimped, a strand of hair at the top will be painfully pulled on. and became a minor burden on your shoulders. My hair still has a slight wave to it three days later, despite the curls falling out. 100% strong recommendation.
