Perhaps it would depend on how much you use at a time and if you want to use it. A couple of days a week. In the past month, I've washed and sprayed underneath at the roots every couple days depending on how long my hair is and whether I am supposed to pull it up or not.

Living Proof has several products that I love and this is one that I did not love like the others because I have fine hair, but a lot of it, and this product sounded like it was made just that's totally different from what I was expecting. It was my expectation that after applying this product I would be able to maintain the volume for at least a little while. Unfortunately, every time I use this product, my hair is flat in 15 minutes compared to when I didn't use it at all! Unfragrant is the best word to describe it. have expected they would have kept their scent consistent across every product in the line, but this was not the case. It is the hairspray I would use if I had to choose only The volume is just for effect, but it seems to be holding! The synthetic material feels and looks natural (when lightly applied). The only thing I have to do is use this can for five bursts along the part of the hair closest to the root and then we're done. When I feel tempted to spray more than 5 times, I turn to Tresemme Fresh Start Volumizing Dry Shampoo for the last few sprays, which is very similar to the above product but leaves a slightly white residue (if you spray I also like the smell and it claims to texturize the body (but not as well or with so few sprays as this Living Proof Blast does).
