There is nothing I'd rather use than this hairspray. The majority of the time, I don't give five stars It is not because of the stars, but rather because we are here. I find it hard to find good hairspray that doesn't smell like a basket of roses mixed with propane as a male. There are so many sprays that claim to be "strong" hold, but they actually coat your hair in some nasty shellac. You know, the stuff that leaves your hair hard as a rock, hard to deal with, and then you feel burned out after showering. When I was a kid, I used to only use hairspray once a week because of the gunk it created and the way it dried out my hair, but this hairspray has changed my life. In order to hold onto my products I like to hold them. The majority of haircare products these days are marketed as having medium hold, which actually means there is not much hold, and you are only putting products in your hair for fun. During the day, I feel as if I should style my hair so I can then forget about it, as I have a life with things to do besides looking at myself in the mirror and fixing my hair all day. There is no water in this spray (like most other hairsprays), and it doesn't end up crunchy like cheaper products. It gives a good clean hold. You get a nice, natural shine to your hair rather than look artificial. You will be surprised that it is very easy to wash out, and you will believe that your hair will feel softer than it did before. In my hair, it does not weigh it down (I have thin hair that becomes flat very easily if the product is too heavy), and I almost forget during the day that it is hairspray at all.
