Three different types of bottles are usually included with this type of sprayer. In its original form, the original type was a soft bottle with an inner elastic chamber that compacted quite a bit as you used it, which resulted in continuous spray even if you turned it upside down because there would be no air inside. This is a soft plastic bottle because I know I've dropped mine several times without it breaking. The second type of bottle is a hard plastic bottle because they are thick and they won't break easily but when I dropped one of them, there was a crack in it.
There was no way for me to figure I tossed it away because it works just fine without it.

What a cutie pie! I love him! This spray works great and leaves a consistent fine mist. I have used it for over 2 weeks and have dropped it twice and it continues to work just as well as.
