As a dry shampoo, this works well, but the scent is horrible and does not feel "bare" or subtle at all. It is similar to a room deodorizer for bathrooms. This is not the kind of smell I want in my hair.
The product I'm referring to is one I buy from Target quite Due to the lower price, I ordered this pack online. There is a smell that is different than what this product is usually like while the packing is identical. There is an unpleasant chemical smell emanating from all 3 cans. I buy mine from Target, and its scent is light and pleasant. The differences between the two are unclear to me.
To that end, the smell is so noxious that it takes my breath away. I don't consider this to be bare I find it horrible.
I have several health conditions that make it hard for me to wash my hair as often as I would like, so I decided to try Several people recommended this brand and scent to me, so I ordered it, and I'm glad I did since it was really effective. The scent is mild and pleasant, and it lasts for 3 or 4 days after use. I love the way my hair feels and looks after using this product.
In supporting the reviews that said this product had excellent coverage and oil absorption, I will add my two cents. Dry shampoos tend to leave a slightly sweet scent on me, so I should have known better, but the scent of this bare product is much stronger than I expected. I wore it until I was able to wash it out. I found it to be very powdery and floral. You might want to avoid these if you're looking for an unscented product.
