With very thick hair, I wash my hair once or twice a week as an African American. I have seen noticeable growth in my hair since using this product. I can't get enough!.
As far as hairspray is concerned, I use it. Since I grew up in the 80's, hairspray has always been part of my life. I've tried dozens of brands but this one is my favorite. The fact that this is incredible is amazing. I find that it holds my style well without giving me the helmet-head feeling. Also, if you don't wash your hair, it takes the oil with it. As well as acting like a dry shampoo, it also hydrates the hair. I really like it. Very highly recommended. I would never switch to anything else if it weren't Pantene.
