There is definitely a need for You really should keep extras on hand depending on how much hair you have and how long it is. I think it comes with some, but it really depends on the length and thickness.

I like it because when I went to my hairstylist, he used the same brand name and product. The first time that I got a perm, I was upset because I had paid so much cash to get my hair done whereas I could have bought it for a fraction of the price. The price of this product was about $10 at the time I bought it. It's now a little expensive (I believe, I cannot see the price right now). I received a similar item to the one pictured on your website. I have Amazon Prime, so it arrived rather quickly. If you wish to perm your hair, use this product. I recommend checking out YouTube for "How to Perm Hair. " If you do not know how, do a search. These videos will show you the steps step by step, so you can use the product right away.
The time to be given depends on the number of wrapped rods and whether you start counting after all of the rods have been saturated, or from the moment you apply the curling solution to the first wrapped rod? It might not make much difference, since chemical reactions can take a long time? There are some chemical reactions that take place quickly it may take up to 5 minutes or longer to sufficiently saturate each rod. So when should you start the timer and how long should the timer run? AFTER the entire hair had been saturated, I started the timer AFTER 11 minutes and rinsed and neutralized only after 11 minutes. I left however the neutralizer on for longer than 5 minutes since I read the neutralizer is the one that makes the perm permanent. In the absence of neutralizing, the perm will lose its curl after you rinse off the processing solution, meaning that the hair will not curl. The professional curly-cuts I had came out just like mine, so I am pleased with that Perms that I had gotten were done. The chemical would have damaged my hair if I left it in for the full 20 minutes. Hence, I'm glad I didn't let it process for the full 20 minutes.

For gray and white hair, this is by far the best perm I have ever used. You'll always get natural-looking curls when using this product. As a result, the Perm box was pretty messed up since it was enclosed in a thin bubble plastic envelope instead of a box. We were lucky that the solutions themselves remain intact and have not.
