Yes, I tried it with the developer, and I was very pleased with the results. My hair transitioned from jet black to a lovely auburn hue. I wasn't expecting it, but I liked the color and decided to leave it alone. 😁
I wouldn't do it. That is a significant amount of color removal. Hair is severely harmed. To limit the amount of damage, I would use this instead of bleach.
Yes. It has the ability to remove any object! It got rid of all the black in my hair completely. It is an excellent item.

This was effective for me. I haven't yet dyed over the area in this photo. I need to moisturize (due to the dryness) and rest my hair. I used henna/indigo and a dark brown chemical dye on the left. For 30 minutes, I used one packet of 20-vol developer. It won't completely remove the henna, and that's fine by me. I was well aware of the permanence of henna. I'm happy with the outcome.
hair with a green stain! This stuff worked like a charm. I expected a slight tinge of mint green to remain in my hair, but it was completely stripped of all blue and green tones. (Blue- Green is notorious for being difficult to get out of hair). My hair was layered with blue and green direct and oxidative dyes for several months. To be fair, this stuff can be harmful. My hair is now extremely dry, but it's preferable to straight bleach. It did not, as bleach would have done, drive the pigments deeper into my hair. I used the 20 volume developer and left it on for about 20 to 25 minutes because my hair was darker. It gave me a peachy pink tinge near my roots. I could have probably removed it if I had left it on longer. But, since I was going to color it strawberry blonde anyway, it didn't bother me.
This is the real deal! So good! This was mixed with developer and applied to the stubborn spots for 45 minutes before being rinsed and a second application applied for another 25 minutes. Photos of the before and after.
It worked flawlessly! My hair is naturally black, but it has been bleached to give it an ombre effect. I used to be enamored with a semi-feral arctic fox. For months, there was a permanent purple dye. There used to be red colors as well. br>I dilute this product with water (too much) and shampoo (doesn't say to; I just did it to make it easier to apply to my hair and extend the life of the product). I left it on for about 25 minutes, and my hair had returned to its pre-dye state. My hair was damaged afterward, but an oil treatment helped to restore it.
It works perfectly! Over my natural light brown/dark ash blonde hair, I had box dyed blue black hair. I mixed it with 2 according to the instructions on the package. 5 oz. developer (20 volume). Because my hair was so dark, I let it process for 50 minutes. (Says 50- I tried to avoid my roots, but it's difficult when you're doing it yourself. 60 minutes for very dark hair) My roots turned out to be bleach blonde, and my hair turned orange. I rinsed, dried, and applied a box of light ash brown hair color right away. My roots are a little lighter now, but I'm very happy with the results. Because it dries out your hair a little, make sure you condition it well after you restyle it. There is an ammonia odor, but it isn't a big deal if you wear a shower cap while processing. This is a product that I wholeheartedly endorse.
It had nearly turned black. Color Oops was my first attempt at a fix. I learned about the L'Oreal product, a great company that I generally use to color my hair, and it did very little, in fact, it left the ends of my hair looking darker than the rest. This was fantastic. Because my hair was DARK, I only used two ounces of developer and added one tablespoon of water. It worked quickly; I only left it on for 25 minutes, and my hair is back to where it was when I first applied it. It's not a dry environment. I'm extremely happy.
I'm blown away by how well this worked for only $8. I had semi-permanent (arctic fox) dye in my hair that I needed to remove for a job interview after only washing it once or twice (before photo is third). I used half an ounce of clear 30 developer and an ounce and a half of water to make this. Although the instructions did not state this, I chose to work with what I had. I was genuinely concerned at first. It smells like the worst bleach you've ever smelled, and while it was on, it made my hair feel like it was made of corn husks. I just eyeballed how blonde it was, and it took me about an hour to get the color out, which is significantly longer than the packet claims. However, it did not appear to harm my hair in any way; my thick curly hair is still as soft and bouncy as before! I avoided getting it on my roots, but it did get on my bangs and significantly lightened them, so keep that in mind. My hair wasn't bleached before, but it was blonde, and it's now a lot lighter than it was before I dyed it.
If I had used a stronger mixture and left it on for a longer period I have no doubt the color would have It is at about 99% right now but it left me with a strawberry blonde that I think is really pretty right now. br>br>Overall, I highly recommend it; I was blown away by how gentle it was and how well it worked.
I used a combination of Wild Orchid and Violet, which turned out to be quite lovely. Pravana is an excellent choice for fashion colors because they are long-lasting. However, after a while, I felt the need to change up my hairstyle. I'm a hairstylist who specializes in changing the color of people's hair. changing- I'm not a junkie, but I did leave it in for a long time (I started using this product in March 2017) because it wouldn't come out! I used vitamin C crystals and harsh shampoos, but I didn't want to ruin my hair by bleaching it again. I read some positive reviews about this product and decided to give it a shot. As I was applying the product, I could see the blonde coming through because I used one package mixed with warm water (as directed on the package). I'll say that this stuff resembles bleach powder; I'm not sure if it is, but the ammonia smell is very strong. The stink was burning my eyes and nose, so I had to turn on the fan and open the door. I'm also glad I didn't have all-over color and only had it on the ends of my hair because there wasn't much product and I was able to get all of the color out. I ended up leaving it on for about 30 minutes, which was probably excessive, but I wanted to make sure all of the color was gone, which it was. I like it a lot. After that, I used a deep conditioner, and my hair feels great.
