My skin responded positively to this remover. I'm prone to getting hair dye all over myself, and this stuff literally wiped it away. (When they say "rub gently," they really mean it. ) It saved me from looking like a complete moron who had just dyed their hair! So long as I keep my hands covered. It isn't perfect on the hands, but it will get rid of the majority of it. It also managed to clean up some dye that I spilled on the counter, saving me from my mother's wrath. Take that statement with a grain of salt because I can't guarantee that it will remove stains from your counter and sink, but it did on mine, and it smells like a hospital, which isn't unpleasant. Some areas are more stubborn than others, but I find that letting it sit for a few seconds before going in and rubbing it off with an exfoliating sponge works best for me. I won't have to deal with the consequences of not wearing gloves and not protecting my arms any longer. Thanks to this product, I will no longer have to worry about staining my hair while dying it.
As far as stain removers go, I've found this to be the most effective; not only does it remove color from the skin, but it also removes color from any other surfaces where the color has gotten on. It's easy to use (just squirt some on a paper towel and wipe), and it works every time. As a girl who has worn everything from black to turquoise to my current green, this stain remover is a lifesaver.
This does not work. It's all in the title: The item isn't functional. I experimented with dye that was only on the skin for a few minutes, as well as dye that was on the skin for over an hour. Identical outcomes – This does not work. Water, alcohol, and aloe are the main ingredients (which is why it doesn't work). There are no instructions on how to use the bottle on the back. It was necessary for me to look them up on the internet.
I've been a long-time user of this product, but I've recently had trouble finding it in stores near me. This was a lucky find with a great price.
