This stuff saves my life! It stays in place all day until I wash it out! It is very simple to use. Brown was the color I chose, and it suited my light/medium brown hair perfectly.
I'm sure it works for a lot of people, but it doesn't seem to work for me. I put some in my hair and it blended nicely, but you can't touch it once it's on. If you do, the powder will coat your hands, and it will be difficult to remove because it resembles coal and oil. My hair did appear to be better, but I was worried about accidentally touching it, which caused stiff shoulders.
I've tried several different root touch-up products and this one is by far my favorite. They've been sprayed on or applied with a brush, similar to mascara. Both work, but they leave your hair feeling heavy and weighed down. This powder is much lighter and easier to apply precisely where needed. The puff that comes with it is fantastic, especially if you need to quickly cover a part line or other large areas. I used an eye shadow brush to cover areas around my ears, for example. This is fantastic! I intend to place another order.
Because of my grey hair and rapid growth, I dye it every two weeks. Cevich makes it easier for me to get to the next die job. I've used a lot of similar products, and I really like how this one applies and covers, as well as how it's packaged. I would buy this product again and recommend it to others.
I've tried other products and this is by far the best. I bought it a shade darker than other reviewers suggested. I'm glad I took the opportunity. It does exactly what it says on the tin. I used to have a spray one, and I despised it. My hair was sticky and yucky as a result of it.
It's subtle enough to avoid being overpowering or obvious. It's subtle at first, but you can build on it to make it more powerful if you want. I haven't done any heavy sweating or been outside in the rain while wearing it to see how well it holds up, but we'll see. This product gives me a lot of confidence when it comes to my thinning hair!.
In addition, the color is oddly forgiving. I've never seen anything like it before, and I'm blown away! I have darker Auburn hair and the Brown is perfect; I'm just thinning on my part line, almost like a mohawk would be, and I just dab this stuff in and it's sooo forgiving and easy.
