The holes on the end of the comb are so small I would worry that they would plug easily if bleach were used through the comb. I haven't tried bleach through it yet, but I think it would be too thick.

This is a great product. The dye does not clog up the comb. If your hair needs a mask, you can use conditioner. The hair department is great for anything hair related. When you wet your hair, you can easily use it with water. You can dye your hair, mask your hair, apply a conditioner, or basically.
Purchased this product for a great price. The deep conditioner had been added inside the product, and I had read from other customers that the product would get stuck in the top comb part when I use it. As I used it, the flow slowed down, but not clogged. In reading the article I also discovered this product would be hard to clean after use. I cleaned my product with hot water after use. As a whole, I'm glad I bought this product instead of a cheaper one, because I was expecting a lot worse and actually got a lot better then what I expected.
The hair dye application works great with this product. Taking care of the clean up is the problem. Around the top piece, there is a molded rim that forms a well in which the dye gets trapped. To clean it out, I tried everything from cotton swabs to soaking. I've even used a pipe cleaner, but it doesn't work. After one use, I had to throw the old dye away because it was pretty offensive. This was too bad, because it helped to apply the dye more easily.
The only reason I give it a 4 instead of five is because I personally wish they It would be great if there was a cap to cover up the product as I put blended oil in mine. Adding a cap would help keep the cream from drying out even if it is a cream. It's a very good product and I'd recommend it highly.
The numbers are so small you can hardly see them. In terms of strength, it is not very tough. Since it was made in China, I do not know if the plastic is safe. There is no use for them for me.
