I'm not sure. It came in a clear bag with no writing or description when I got it. Also missing was one of the brushes. It gets the job done, but I've seen better. What you pay for is exactly what you get.

Squeezing hair dye from the squeeze bottle that comes with the hair dye kit is difficult for me because I have RA. I've discovered that applying hair dye with the bowl and brush set is much easier. I would have given five stars if I hadn't received only a mixing bowl and a single application brush. Wasn't it advertised that you'd get three? I'm not sure if it's a problem with quality control or if it's simply a mistake. public relations I'd go with a different brand in either case; I only chose this one because of the variety of brushes. 👎🏽.
