I used the first package and left it on as long as directed (the longest time directed to) and it didn't do a thing, no color change at all, I was very disappointed to say the least. I waited a few weeks and tried the second box, and I did a good job. This is not a product I would recommend to anyone looking to cover grays or touch up roots because it does not work as well as it used to. I chose the light blonde shade because my hair is naturally blondish with some gray.

I'm so glad I tried this root concealer after a friend recommended it to me. At a salon, I have my hair colored and highlighted. My hair has never been dyed at home before. As a result, I was apprehensive. It doesn't get any easier than that. The gloves came with instructions to mix the two tubes, apply to the hair, and wait 10 minutes before rinsing. Ta da! Purchases should be avoided! This is a terrible product, and I usually buy it all the time, but I tried it from this seller and it didn't even color my roots, which is incredible- It's a waste of money because damaged hair and roots are the same if they're not treated. I wish I could have used this color that week, but we always wait until the following month to use it. I'd like a complete refund for this item, as well as the possibility of some damage costs; it's very upsetting! It's possible that the product has already expired and is being resold as an old one!.
