Questions & Answers
No, you can't change the shape of them, and they aren't sticky.
Not only for overlapping or crowding toes, the Toe Spreaders can be used to separate the toes for a variety of foot issues.
I'm on my way to catch a train, haha. However, you should wear shoes that allow you to stretch. I can't wear them in any sneaker (they won't fit in my Vans) because they're too big. I put these on before my socks because I was afraid they would fall out of place or hurt my toes if I ran for the train. Neither of these things occurred, however. But I'll admit that they occasionally fall out of place when I'm just walking, so it's possible that it will happen when I'm running. Personally, I find them to be functional and appealing.
I didn't notice anything.

I was ecstatic for the first hour of my shift when I put these on because I felt immediate relief. That's when I started having issues once more. Because of my job, I do a lot of walking and running, and I've noticed that the pain is getting worse. When I returned home from my shift, I removed my shoes and discovered that they had nearly disintegrated. I'm not sure if it's because of the extreme overlapping of my last toe or because of how physically demanding my job is, but the pieces in between my last two toes are toast, and I'll be shopping around for a better quality, more durable product.
Amazingly user-friendly and effective spacers made from soft yet durable gel in two sizes with an ergonomic design! They've been worn with and without wool socks, as well as open toe Velcro adjustable slippers and sandals. I've even slept in them with socks on, and I've had no problems with soreness in specific toes by removing some or all of the spacers or switching to a different spacer size. Soak in a bowl of soapy warm water to clean it. Just a word of warning: They do come off without socks or when taking off socks, and they're nearly invisible and difficult to spot if you're not sure where they came off. It's not a good idea to wear them barefoot or in closed-toe shoes.
These are far superior to what I had anticipated. They're soft and flexible, to begin with. I'm not even aware I'm wearing them. I've had bunions since I was in high school, and I'm nearly 60 years old. They are, without a doubt, larger now than they were previously. This has resulted in large callouses between my big toe and the one next to it, which can be extremely painful. I walk a lot and work in the yard, so I'm usually on my feet; however, after just two days of wearing these, I could already feel the callouses softening, and they're almost gone, with no pain. WOW! I wish I'd known about these things a long time ago. Between the large toe and the next, I'm only wearing one. I don't see why I should be wearing four pairs at once.
" I bought this item because I'm going on vacation and will need some extra spacers. Wearing both the small and large sizes to work for 12 hour shifts gave me a good idea of how they fit. They both functioned well, were very comfortable, and remained in place. After having foot surgery in 2011, these little spacers make walking a lot more enjoyable.
I like these a lot. Because they aren't connected in any way, if one of your toes hurts, you can simply remove the spacer and continue. They're extremely soft and comfortable on my men's US size 9 foot. Because they aren't attached, you must wear them inside socks, and even then, they will squish out if you run, so they're best for just walking around. They have a completely different design than the connected models, and I use them in a variety of situations, so having that flexibility is very useful. Get a pair because they are well worth the money.
Yoga Toes, foot splints, and toe spreading socks do not work as well as these toe spreaders. I've tried everything in the hopes of reversing a bunion and foot pain. To spread my toes and realign my feet, I wear these at night with loose fitting socks. What I like best is that I can adjust the configuration as my foot improves, using more and less toe spreaders. They're also comfortable to walk in without causing any discomfort to my feet. Depending on which shoes I choose, I also use one or two spreaders during the day. I purchased two sets, giving me a wide variety of options for each foot. Thank you for your support, ViveSole! br>br>I've also placed a Dollar Store foot pad under my second toe to relieve pressure on that sensitive area caused by the bunion bone displacement. I also stretch my toes, calves, and hamstrings to alleviate the underlying stiffness. Everything contributes to the cause.
I placed an order for these in 2018. I preferred the small size, but the large size was too large for me, so I discarded it. The ones I had previously ordered were extremely long-lasting. They eventually wear out, so I placed another order for the same item. Unfortunately, the small size has grown larger since I ordered it in 2018. They're more of a "medium," in my opinion. My women's size 8 foot's third and fourth toes were clearly too big to fit in there. It was necessary for me to return the items. I'm hoping the manufacturer goes back to a true small size; if so, I'd buy them again!.
Joebr>I'm not trying to give you a bad review; I just needed to get in touch with you. br>Your toe spreaders arrived in perfect condition; there were four large and four small toe spreaders. I was only able to fit two large shoes on each foot. They are excessively large. I was barely able to walk at the end of the day. The first three toes are too small for the smalls. I believe the previous ones I wore were medium. It was a one-size-fits-all kind of thing. Second, I require a replacement for my left shoulder. Even closing my car door is a challenge for me. My shoulder is bone-on-bone and appears to be partially out of joint. Surgery is currently off the table due to my recent kidney transplant. Do you have a brace that would provide me with support under my armpits? That way, it may be able to keep my arm in place. Thank you, David, br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>.
