The small is what I would recommend. The socks have a lot of give to them.

I'm a size 11 in shoes. A lrg or a xtr a lrg is what I get. As a result, I'm guessing it's a medium.

It's extremely well-made and soft

It was difficult to choose a size because I am in the middle of a medium and a large (9-). 1/2). I ordered a medium, which is a little tight on me. These socks should be washed by hand and air dried, according to the manufacturer. I'm hoping they don't get any smaller. If they do, I'll place an order for a large pair. Having said that, these socks do the job and are extremely soft and comfortable. It doesn't appear to be cheap in the least. During the summer, I was unable to wear them at night, but once the weather cools down, I will. In general. I would strongly suggest it. My foot has improved significantly after only an hour of wearing them while watching TV in the evening.

Reduce muscle spasms and are reasonably comfortable to wear for several hours

My toes don't like being stretched apart, but these socks get the job done. My venous insufficiency causes severe muscle spasms in my calves, and before the condition was diagnosed, my physical therapist recommended that I wear toe socks to bed to keep me from curling my toes at night and thus reduce spasm. Instead, I came across these. The thickness of the separators prevents me from curling my toes and has helped me sleep better at night. time spasming, and the ankle is just snug enough to keep the socks on my feet without causing skin irritation. My only wish is for them to come in a variety of separator width sizes. Although a slightly smaller diameter for each separator would still prevent my toes from curling, it would be more comfortable. Even if I follow the company's graduate wear time guidelines, I can't wear these for more than 5 hours. I have 6 hours until I have to remove them.

They are superior to other height socks

These socks appear to be more durable and thicker than others I've tried. The only thing is that my little toes must be small because they keep getting lost, so I have to keep chacking that there is a seperator between them and the next toe. They appear to be assisting in the alignment of my toes.

Most people wouldn't, but if you're my age, you probably wouldn't. I would not recommend it if you have foot problems.

Pay attention to the instructions. Your toes will turn purple just by putting them on. However, they are comfortable and make a great gift for people who have foot problems.

Excellent item!! They take some getting used to because they are designed to separate your toes, but I have severe plantar fasciitis and a heel spur, and these quickly alleviated the pain I'd been experiencing for months
