Is this pink or clear enough for a French manicure?
It has a pink tint to it and is clear. For a French manicure, this is ideal.
How do I use this poder, and how does it adhere to my nail? Is it water-based?
No, you'll need to buy four more products, which Amazon sells as a set, to prepare your nails for the powder and then cover them once they're finished. The powdered nail color has a great look, but it's a pain to apply.
Is it possible to use powders with any brand of "liquids"? I'm aware that acrylic powders can be mixed with liquids from other brands, but I'm not familiar with dip systems. ?
Yes. Because I mix my sns dip powder with a head kandy product.
Do you have a 4oz size available, and if so, how much is it?
I have the 4 oz, which is the same size used in salons where I've visited.

The color isn't quite as pink as it appears in the picture. Rather than natural pink, it should be called sheer.
