My cats got it on their paws and licked them, so they'd have to eat a lot of it.

This product appeals to me because I enjoy going to the beach and encountering biting flies from time to time. This product not only softens your skin, but it also keeps those pesky flies away (for some reason)!.
I'd heard the rumor for years and finally bought my first bottle, and it really works to keep mosquitos away. br>The scent is citrusy, with a hint of citronella, so I'm guessing that's what keeps the bugs away. (hey, they still swarm, but they don't bite) The scent is pleasant, but it smells more like bug repellent than perfume. When you first put it on, it seems to repel mosquitos better; however, after a few hours, the mosquitos appear to be more aggressive. br>It moisturizes a little for a short time, but not much. I bought the pump bottle so the bath oil would moisturize better and repel bugs for longer (but I'm not a fan of feeling oily). br>However, it is better than bug repellent, so I'd buy it again when it's gone.
THOSE AWFUL LITTLE ANKLE BITERS ARE THE WORST!.
This isn't a bug repellent in the traditional sense. I wanted something that didn't contain Deet to keep bugs at bay, and I'd heard Avon's Skin So Soft was the way to go. Not only did this not work for me, but it seemed to ATTRACT bugs, as I was swarmed with them the moment I stepped outside. I killed a few with my hands, shooed others away with my arms, and eventually gave up and decided not to use this product again.
Body oil is one of my favorite ways to keep my skin soft, especially in the winter. Because it makes my skin hot, I'm giving it a one-star rating - But after about 30 minutes, I'm not aware of it. I can't oil up and put on clothes right away because it's too sticky. I need to give the oil time to absorb into my skin. For me, it is ineffective as a bug repellent. Mosquito bites are still a favorite pastime of mine.
Before drying, I use this product to absorb moisture after a shower. It also repels mosquitoes.
Bath oil was once used. It had been many years since I had used it. Although some people disagreed, I heard it was effective as a bug repellent. Until I moved to the beach, I had never needed insect repellent. Now I'm being devoured by the bugs! Soooooo. When I discovered that there is a Skin-related organization, I was ecstatic. I decided to give it a shot as a soft bug repellent. It was only used once. IT WASN'T ABLE TO BE DONE!.
The bottle was unable to be opened, and there was no pump included. Due to the fact that it was sold by a third party, it is difficult to return. takes the extra step of requesting a $1 label, which can be emailed or mailed, and returning the item via USPS (due to long lines at my local post office). I much prefer the convenience of a regular UPS store return, but that is not the case with this item. I'm not going back because of the inconvenience and the fact that I'm stuck with a bottle I can't open or use. I don't usually have trouble opening bottles and don't consider myself to be physically weak. It appears that my bottle was faulty.
