It does, in fact. As a bug repellent, it's quite effective. I use it to keep mosquitoes away from my neighbor's dog by diluting one part SSS with water and spraying it on him. My next-door neighbor does the same thing to keep them away from him. I also use it to help kill fleas on my cats. I only dilute it for pets, but it's a fantastic product. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure if Skin So Soft contains Soy. I doubt it, but if your dogs are allergic to soy, you should do more research online. I'm aware that it aids in the killing of fleas, but it must be sprayed (mixed with water) on a daily basis. I hope this information was beneficial. arf arf :

This product is one of my favorites, and I buy it primarily to keep mosquitos at bay. There were no mosquitoes in my bath after I added a capful. When I bathe my dog and cat, I also use a capful. My skin is extremely dry because I'm on accutane. This oil is incredible, and half a capful is more than enough for a bath. When it comes to makeup, a little goes a long way. It does make the insides of my elbows and knees a little greasy, but since I only use it before bed, that isn't an issue for me. The scent is the only aspect of this product that I don't care for.
