They're both great. Because everyone's skin is different, one product may work better for you while another may work better for someone else. Experiment with both to see which one works best for you.
We bought the original because people said it worked, but we were still bitten by mosquitos. So I'd say no, but I'd definitely buy the skin so soft made for bug repellent and give it a try.

In a hot bath, a cap or two will leave your skin silky and smelling wonderful. It's also great for keeping mosquitos at bay. I simply put a small amount in my palm and rub it on the areas where the little pests usually attack, and they leave me alone. Most perfumed products irritate my skin, but SSS has a very pleasant scent. If you use it in the tub, be sure to clean it thoroughly before allowing anyone to shower in it, as it leaves the surface quite slick (but it's totally worth it!). br>Some reviewers claimed this wasn't an Avon product, but I know what SSS smells like and feels like, and this is the real deal. It was well-protected and sealed for transmission, and it arrived on time. Excellent service and product!.
I make a fly spray with this stuff and it works great on my horse! Her fur is soft and lustrous because her skin is so soft. Keeps her gleaming and free of flies!.
nasty. I ordered the pack of two in 2016 and was satisfied, but I recently made the same order and received the items, the packaging was flowery and I've never seen Avon bath oil with that packaging on the bottle itself, also the barcode, certain words and numbers were very different, it smelled like sewage water with just a hint of the regular Avon bath oil, and it smelled like sewage water with just a hint of the regular Avon bath oil I know because I have the genuine article and tested the scents as well as the packaging. Stop defrauding people by selling them knockoff products that may pose a health risk if they use them on their bodies. I got the floral one today, and the green one is the standard one.
There are no similarities to the original. I'm aware that companies change their product presentation/appearance from time to time in order to make it more appealing. However, there is no doubt that the formulation of this product has been altered. br>br>I'm not happy.
I only got one bottle instead of the two that were advertised. Please give me another bottle!.
I used to use this product and then stopped for a while, but as I've gotten older, my feet have become extremely dry. I've tried a number of different products to soften the skin on my feet, but none of them have ever worked as well or as quickly as Skin so Soft. I poured it into a spray bottle and stowed it away in my shower caddy. I spritz it all over my foot after showering. If you do this, be careful because the oil on the bottoms of your feet will make the shower floor extremely slippery. I place my washcloth on the floor and step on it before exiting the shower and stepping onto a bathmat. Also, before stepping onto the tile floor, put on your slippers. It keeps your feet feeling great if you use it after every shower. Of course, you can apply it to any part of your body, and I do, but it's my feet that benefit the most.
Although it softens the skin (pun intended), we purchased it for its insect-repellent properties. We live in the woods, so flies, nats, and other flying insects are abundant at certain times of the year. We only need a small amount on our arms and necks to keep the bugs away. There are no nats in my eyes or mouth any longer. It only takes a little to make a big difference. It also has a pleasant scent that, when used sparingly, is not overpowering.
Cold skin constricts in the winter, making it itchy and irritable. Skin So Soft has proven to be the most effective way for me to keep my back, arms, and legs from becoming dry and uncomfortable. It can be poured into bathwater to ensure that the oils are evenly distributed, or spray bottles can be purchased to make spritzing those hard-to-reach places a breeze. It is simple to get to places. It's a good idea to rub as much of the emoluent in as you can if you're spraying it on.
