Questions & Answers
They will work if you strap them to the wheel chair's handle bars; however, how much weight you put on them will determine how well they work. I believe they can handle around 15 pounds, perhaps a little more, because my wife has a large diaper bag dangling from them.
Yes, each strap has a clip, for a total of two straps.
It weighs in at around 1. Internally, the length is about 1" and the opening is about 3/8" from where it is mounted to the bottom of the hook.
They are not able to be opened. You lay them across the handle, insert the clip into the hole, and then attach your bag. It's difficult to explain, but they're fantastic! And yes, they should use a shopping cart!

These stroller clips are perfect for my diaper bag (which is a Petunia Pickle Bottom bag rather than a JJ Cole). I was concerned that they would be too short, but they are exactly the right length. My only complaint about these clips is that they don't seem to stay attached to my stroller very well. I prefer to leave the clips on the stroller so that I don't have to take them on and off. when the diaper bag isn't attached, but because they loop through themselves to attach to the stroller handle, they're not very secure on there when the diaper bag isn't attached. When my oldest son was pushing the baby in the stroller, I was carrying the diaper bag. One of the clips was unlooped when I received it. fell off. I was walking behind them at the time, so I was able to see it fall off. I was able to get a hold of it. When they're not in use, I wish they had a snap or something to keep them attached.
These are absolutely perfect and hold our diaper bag in place with ease. They don't slide down like the others did, and they don't damage or mark the stroller handle in any way. They're simple to put on and take off, as well as to attach the diaper bag to.
This matches my Petunia PB diaper bag perfectly, and it's more versatile than the PPB stroller clip (and a lot less expensive!). I use a CityMini stroller, which has a smaller handle than the PPB stroller; I prefer this style to the PPB stroller. provides me with more options for attaching other items to the stroller.
My only complaint is that they tend to fall off when your bag isn't attached, which happens a lot when you're getting in and out of the car with the stroller. So if you don't pay attention, it's easy to lose them.
This was not the outcome I had hoped for. In the loop, you won't be able to get thick straps like those found on most bags. It functions as a stroller keychain.
I really wanted these to work because they're less expensive than other options, but they're not well made and the design isn't great. The rubber part of the hooks does a good job of attaching to my stroller, but they are tiny and inconvenient. Instead, I chose the Think King stroller hooks, which are much wider and can hold a lot more. I also didn't like how the rubber straps slid up and down the stroller rather than staying put like the Think King's strong Velcro.
Since I misplaced the one that came with my JJ Cole diaper bag, I purchased this set. These are fantastic! It's so much easier to reach for things when the diaper bag is attached to the front of the stroller rather than carrying it or tucking it away under the stroller. They have a firm grip on the stroller handle, preventing the bag from sliding back and forth. They're also very simple to put on and take off.
They don't slide around at all, and clipping the bag on is a breeze. It's been a lifesaver for us to keep them permanently attached to the handle. We have three children under the age of two, and it's difficult to get that bag under the seats and into the basket of our Contours double stroller. We no longer need to be concerned!.
