Questions & Answers

Is this compatible with a Cruz from 2012?

It appears to be the case. It's the perfect fit for my 2013 Cruz.

Will it also work with my stroller if I have a 2013 Cruz?

Yes, an attachment for older cruz is included.

Is this something that could be used for a single child? My toddler wants to walk but will not return to the stroller, but I only have one child. ?

Sure. Taking a piggyback ride back, without the added weight of another child in the stroller, overall handling will be slightly compromised, but it is not impossible. It's a solid piece.

Is this compatible with the Cruz V2 2020?

No - For the V2 Cruz, there is a different model. Examine the following description: All CRUZ years are compatible - CRUZ V2 is incompatible with this product.

I have no qualms
5/5

We bought it because we were going on a five-week trip with a three-month-old and a four-year-old, covering two countries and seven flights. This was primarily for the airport, where we could walk at a more leisurely pace. It was an excellent solution. br>br>Now that we've returned from our trip, I've just realized how useful this is at Wholefoods. Check out the images. It easily accommodates a stroller basket that contours to the stroller, and it even managed to walk to the car with two bags on the board, which is quite impressive. br>br>I like how slimline the board is, as well as how it looks with the wood. br>br>Even though my 4-year-old can walk, we still use it in car parks and stores where I don't want him to wander. br>br>Would enthusiastically recommend to anyone.

If you can't decide between a single and a double stroller, this is a fantastic option
4/5

To go with our uppababy cruz, we bought this kickstand. A 2 has been assigned to us. The parents of a five-year-old and a newborn decided against upgrading to a double bed and instead bought the kickstand. Our 2. Because my 5-year-old still enjoys riding in the stroller on occasion, I intend to wear the baby in it as well. However, because we've been using the car seat to click in, having the two is easier. On the back of a 5-year-old. He was overjoyed with his new vehicle and has thoroughly enjoyed riding it. We haven't ventured far beyond our neighborhood walks or quick shopping trips, but it has served us well thus far. Once attached, the piggyback attaches to the stroller with ease and clips up and down with ease. br>br>I'm concerned that unless I'm right there with my son, holding the handle bars, he might tip the stroller. He will occasionally lean back while riding in it, and the stroller will pull up slightly in front of him. Although I don't believe it will ever completely topple, it does cause me concern. Overall, it's a great option for families who don't want to use a double stroller but don't want to use a single stroller.

It works fine, but the stow clip is constantly breaking
3/5

I bought this for my two-year-old to ride on when we went out with a newborn before the arrival of my second child. It worked well for short trips and parking lots when she couldn't be trusted, but now that she's older and has the attention span for it (she's almost three), it's even better. When we first put it in, I was blown away by how easy it was to store when not in use and how little it interfered with the stroller's fold. I also expected it to have difficulty going over bumps, such as mounting curbs or larger sidewalk cracks, but it does not. When in use, the stroller's maneuverability is virtually unaffected. If you don't want it attached to the stroller for some reason, it's also easy to remove temporarily. br>br>There are a few drawbacks after 9 months of use:
1. If you carry the folded frame frequently or lift it in and out of the car, it adds a significant amount of weight.
2. I'm 5'6" and I have a hard time not kicking the board when I'm walking with it; my arms have to be straight out and the handle has to be extended to the furthest position, and I still kick it occasionally. br>3. When the brake is in use, it is more difficult to engage or disengage it. I've also used the board instead of the brake on several occasions.
4. The clip that keeps it stowed in the up position is the biggest annoyance for me. It's broken twice now, but Uppababy's customer service is fantastic, and both times they've sent me a replacement within 48 hours of my ticket. The stroller had been in the car the first time, and it had been very cold, so I assumed it had broken because the plastic had become too brittle due to the cold. However, it broke again last week at room temperature after only being used a few times (at most 5) since being replaced. Which is disappointing because it indicates a design flaw with the clip's material.

Next, I'll give my thoughts on the film - This is an excellent add-on
5/5

The wheel bearings have a similar feel to them. 5 stars! Yes, I've read other reviews where customers express concern about the stroller's ability to tip. Yes, you're right - If your child rides on the Piggyback and places his weight on the handlebars, the stroller will tip. However (and most importantly), it has not been a problem for us. We told our little rider to hold on to the side of the handlebars closer to the fulcrum point (where the handlebars/frame pivot to fold the stroller) when he first started using the Piggyback. The risk of the stroller tipping is reduced as a result of this. Since he became accustomed to riding on the Piggyback, this has never happened. br>br>Now for my personal opinion - This is an excellent add-on. The wheel bearings are just as smooth as the ones in our 2017 Cruz. Top- Exceptional craftsmanship. The plastic latch is the only part that appears to be at risk of breaking. If you have two children, one of whom is between the ages of three and five, This 5-year-old add-on will come in handy on almost any trip. You can now take your time strolling.

Love it! For our Cruz stroller, we absolutely adore the Uppababy piggyback! When our nearly 3-year-old is too tired to walk, he jumps on

What an ingenious idea! The money spent was well spent.

It's a big hit with my 5-year-old! This is something that my son absolutely adores riding on
5/5

We recently welcomed a new baby, and having his own spot on the stroller still makes him feel special. It's very simple to put together and folds up when not in use. When he rides on it, people always compliment it. As a mother, it's convenient to easily load both my baby and my 5-year-old into the stroller, which keeps him right in front of me as we walk through a crowded parking lot. There's little comfort in knowing he's in the stroller with his sister. I would strongly suggest it. br>It's also really nice that this board lets my son see his sister while we're out and about. He makes funny faces at her all of the time, and she smiles back, making me a happy mommy!.

For receiving a returned item, I gave it three stars
3/5

The box had been opened previously, and there was a blemish on the wood (it appeared to be a returned item), but it was too much of a hassle to return it, so I kept it, earning three stars. The product itself is functional; there have been no reports of it tipping over or breaking the latch. It's a smooth ride, and I've had no problems using it with my petite toddler and keyfit30 car seat with the uppababy adapter.

A four-year-old girl adores you
5/5

, which is both strong and simple to put together. During my niece's visit to our house, I used it. She was 4 years old at the time and loved riding on the piggyback board while my son was in the stroller. It was simple to put on for the first time and stayed in place while walking down city streets and sidewalks. I liked how the board could be clipped to the stroller to keep it upright when not in use, but it was a little awkward closing up the stroller to put it in the trunk of my car until we figured it out (which took a few tries).
