Yes! On the Maclaren website, you can buy a replacement headhugger and shoulder pad set, as well as a harness assembly.

The substrate has an impact. It will be fine if you are running on flat, even pavement; however, if you are running on grass or gravel, the ride will not be as smooth.

Are the handles extendible for my 6'2" height and my husband's 6'8" height? I'm finding that all of the strollers I've found are a little too short for me. ?

They are a few inches long. My husband, who stands at 6'3", has stated that the highest setting is too high for him. The stroller is fantastic, so it's worth a shot.
