We have a 2015 travel system, and I don't believe any adapters were kept. Is it possible to purchase the adapter needed to connect this seat to a stroller?

Yes, there is a base included! I was hesitant to put this item on my baby's registry without also purchasing a base, despite Amazon's recommendation of buying the seat and base separately
