This purchase has left me extremely disappointed. Three britax strollers, two infant car seats, two marathons, and three frontiers are among my britax possessions. I also bought a few extras. After only a few uses, this car seat began to undo itself. I sought help from a britax representative, who advised me to simply tuck the material back in. Hello? Before I called, I tried that, and you walked me through the entire process of sending an email with photos and my proof of purchase! What a squander of resources, both time and money. Annoying.
This car seat seemed like it would be perfect for me. This was purchased for my second son, and I was surprised at how heavy it was when it arrived. The seat was heavy in and of itself. The seat's base was a little scuffed, but the baby was perfectly safe. I placed an order for an exact replacement right away. Britax is a blessing in my life!.
unsafe. I'm incredibly disappointed. I was really excited to use this carseat with my daughter and did a lot of research before buying it. When I first saw it, I fell in love with it because it's so simple to put together and lightweight overall, plus it looks great and is extremely comfortable, with the padding easily removable for washing. It's pretty much exactly what I needed! However, we were only able to use it for about 12 weeks following her birth. On one side of the car, the car seat no longer latches to the base. It's extremely dangerous! My only option is to purchase a completely new carseat (the base is not the issue), which is not inexpensive! Because it has been more than 30 days, Amazon will not replace it. br>At first, I really liked the carseat, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money.
THUMBS UP. So dissatisfied and even enraged. My baby has always disliked this car seat, which I assumed was due to her being fussy or picky. As it turns out, Now that she's four months old, she has better muscle control. Because the DUMBEST design ever has a very rough, itchy, sharp edged tag sewn RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HEAD COVER, scratching up her soft, sensitive little neck, she was constantly arching her back and trying to get out of this seat. So I tortured her in the car seat for four months. Her nape was always red, and she was rubbing it as if it itched. It appeared to be eczema at first. It was only recently that I was able to put the pieces together and figure out what was wrong. br>br> Britax has been in the business for far too long to make such a blunder. I'm sorry I did this to her and didn't check the softness on the inside of her head/neck area because I never expected Britax to be so stupid. br>br>Poor baby screamed every time she was buckled in. br>br>Additionally, this beast is HEAVY. It's a monster. When the shade is extended, you can't use the carry handle. br>br>Go out and get a Nuna Pipa. I wish I had. br>br> I need to get rid of this expensive piece of junk as soon as possible! So mad.
