The tripods are very versatile. I was amazed I purchased them for $159 when I first saw them. My experiences with them have been good for a few days now, and they are easy to use. I took a few pictures of our 100 year old house (@pioneervalleycraftsman on Instagram A shameless amazon review from me is not outside the realm of acceptable) And I wear them whenever it is needed based on where my 8 month old has crawled. Whenever they are not in use, they hang easily from doorknobs. (See picture) If that is more of a concern (like it was for me! ), they work in the door jam as well.

Their thickness and durability make them an ideal choice for a boat. It is impossible to remove them from my 16 month old. When these are on, the doors do not shut. Depending on which side of the door you need them, you may choose to put them there. The hinge of one of the doors in my house is small enough for my little one to get his fingers pinched. Opening and closing the door is barely audible and prevents fingers from being pinched. There is no doubt these are good.
