Product Description

Protect the little hands and fingers of your baby, toddler, or child from getting pinched or jammed due to a door closing with the help of this handy little finger pinch guard. Made of soft EVA foam.
Easy to attach and fits around any size door thanks to its flexible C shape. Since the door stop fits so tight, your child will not be able to fall or slide off and, therefore, will be able to avoid getting locked inside of Similar to the way you can open a door to let your cat or dog out, you can keep them from getting stuck in the room when a door shuts
A baby door stopper protects babies against injury by providing a soft cushion for the door and the By doing this, the door will not slam shut if any breeze is coming in from an open window or if a draft from an air conditioner occurs.
Use the Finger Pinch Guard to protect any door edge from kids climbing on it. The guard should be high enough to keep young children out. An alternate solution is to position the Finger Pinch Guard on top of the door at least six inches away In the event that the door handle or knob isn't being used, hang it around it.
WHITE COLOR AND SIMPLE DESIGN Blend in and match any style of décor. With the Wittle Finger Pinch Guard, you can prevent painful injuries to fingers and hands caused by yanking on your fingers.

Questions & Answers

Is it possible to put these in the door hinges to prevent pinching there or will this damage the ?

Hello Angela, they can be placed over your door hinge instead of the outside and they will last forever. No damage to the door hinge will result from their use. if you place those finger pinch guards on the top or side of the door, they will wear out a lot faster, and you will not get the same longevity out of them as if you placed them on the side. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further questions. I appreciate your kind words!

In the door jam itself, does this prevent fingers from being pinched? Can you tell me where the hinges are on the back of the door?

A guard may be installed on any edge of the door to prevent only the closing of the door. By hinges, the door will not open.

Is the paint on doors going to come off with these?

This isn't hard foam, but soft foam that is flexible. are excellent at what they do

What are the dimensions of these? Will they fit ?

It's not a snug fit on my piano, but it might still

The stand is easy to install and remove, as well as simple and effective
5/5

As far as the product itself goes, it is quite easy to use C-shaped curve with a modest degree of flexibility This foam is shaped to protect a door you don't want to shut, so you attach it to the edge of the door. Unlike the pull-down door handle, this device "pinches" the door edge and holds itself in place so that you can attach it anywhere along the top or side of the door (but if you attach it too low, your child will undoubtedly These door hangers are easy to place, remove, and reposition, and they do not leave behind any kind of mark IMPORTANT NOTE You need to pay attention to the location of these on your doors. Regardless of where you place them on the door, they will prevent it from closing. Your fingers won't be pinched on the edges of the handles or knobs. Alternatively, if you are worried that fingers might be pinched on the hinge side of the door (a fractured finger would result), you would need to place these on the top of the door close enough to the hinges to prevent the door from closing all the way. It is very likely that this will occur at the entrance to our daughter's bedroom, so we have to accommodate her with pinch guards.

Okay, so I realize this is for kids, but we exclusively use these all over the house on different doors or something like that so those adorable stuffed animals don't get stuck
4/5

There is a In repeated fashion. The reason they don't learn is because they don't study. The dog can just get around the door frame to open it back up and escape with one of these on. If you shut the door again, it will appear as a knock on the door. Prior to moving into our current house with more doors, we had a couple of these doors, but eventually we needed more from this brand. While the previous ones had a stiffer material that was easy to pop on and off with one hand, these ones are a little more pliable and I have to use two hands to put them back on because they don't keep their shape quite like the previous ones did. There is a noticeable difference in all aspects with the new ones. do not love the product, but it does what it is supposed to do. Considering I had a comparison, I had to take one star off for the drop in quality, but other than that I love these for both my pet and my children.

It's that easy

The tripods are very versatile. I was amazed I purchased them for $159 when I first saw them. My experiences with them have been good for a few days now, and they are easy to use. I took a few pictures of our 100 year old house (@pioneervalleycraftsman on Instagram A shameless amazon review from me is not outside the realm of acceptable) And I wear them whenever it is needed based on where my 8 month old has crawled. Whenever they are not in use, they hang easily from doorknobs. (See picture) If that is more of a concern (like it was for me! ), they work in the door jam as well.

You can't go wrong with this product if you have tiny ones
5/5

Hello, everyone! This type of camera is expensive, but they accomplish exactly what they are designed Making sure my students' fingers do not get squished between fast closing doors in the This is a very sturdy and well-made product. There is no doubt, it would appear that 4 of these door stops for ten buckaroos would be more costly than cute counterparts Although the quality of these large foam door stoppers is superior, they are not cheap! The safety of my children is important to me as their very first teacher, as well as to their parents. It is assured that no tiny fingers will be pinched on my watch thanks to this product. This is a product I will buy.

This is a highly recommended product

A high quality product. Putting these on won't allow the doors to close. This Wittle Finger Pinch door guard makes a great addition to any house! Their thickness and durability make them an ideal choice for a boat. It is impossible to remove them from my 16 month old. When these are on, the doors do not shut. Depending on which side of the door you need them, you may choose to put them there. The hinge of one of the doors in my house is small enough for my little one to get his fingers pinched. Opening and closing the door is barely audible and prevents fingers from being pinched. There is no doubt these are good.

Wittle's Finger Pinch Guard prevents pinching of the fingers
5/5

The 80s would have been better if they had these for kids. A weekly nanny takes care of the twin toddler grandchildren we have. It is only a matter of time until they start walking and exploring the world around them. At a local big-box store, I saw these foam rubber bumpers for the second time in my life that I needed to "childproof" It's a box store for lumber and hardware. Shame on you! In my quest for the product I stopped at Walmart (they carried them, but they were out of stock) and various drug stores. I need to search the web, but I haven't found anything! Wittle had these in stock within 3 days after I found them on Amazon Smile and ordered them. This is a durable product that is made of high-quality These simple door stops are made of high-density rubber foam and slide easily over the end of a door. It appears they are closed cell as well, which basically means they are washable and won't act like sponges in the unlikely event of them getting To protect those tiny fingers, they leave a gap of one inch between the door and the jamb. You should ensure that the old door does not have enough movement to undo the protection if you install the Guard higher. They are small enough that they won't take up much space on a shelf or counter, and they are easy to remove if you need to close a door. The ones we have installed cannot be lowered into shape, so we may need to take them down once a week to allow them to recover. However, the majority of them have remained up since we installed them without incident. Once the removed versions are removed, the original shape is usually restored, and I believe sanding the grip area could be done to restore the grip in case it is ever lost. My recommendation for these products is that they are simple, effective, and easy to use.

Make sure you are buying from a reputable source

As a consequence, I bought these for my 2 year old twins who often slam the door, fearing one might break another's finger. So, they did it to one in less than a month, and they are about to do it to the other. The method might work for crawlers and early walkers, but once they put some force behind that body, enough to slam the door, the method won't work. Keep searching. This will benefit you in the long run.
