Although it has a reasonable amount of flexibility, I'm not sure how well it will adhere to curved surfaces. As I used it on the edge of metal shelving, it prevented my car door from being damaged when I opened it, and that was the perfect use for it.

Because the bumpers are mounted with such strong adhesive, I would anticipate that removing them would cause some issues.
I'm not sure, but I think it is a thick rubbery product that flexes so you would need to ensure the paint and primer can be applied for that, not to mention how well the rubber will hold up given it will contract and expand as the weather changes.

We are talking about heavy duty corner protection here. In order to protect my refrigerator door from hitting a corner of the wall, it is attached to the wall with a bracket. Even though it is not pretty, it gets the job done.
A great all-around product that can be used vertically or horizontally, easy to cut to size with a utility knife, and 3M adhesive on the The foam helped me save my ankles and shins when I used it on the corners of a platform bed frame. Worked like a charm.
That's the first good thing. My favorite feature of the bumpers was their thickness and size. As for protection for my suv doors, I find that the white color blends in nicely with the sheetrocked post in my garage. However, the adhesion was much weaker on this one. For some reason, I can't get it to stick to the post. Even though I wiped the areas with rubbing alcohol and let them dry, it did not work. I then bought some white velcro in a roll and wrapped it around the post on both the top and bottom of the bumper, thus solving my problem. An overall good product, but I wish the adhesion was a little.
Previously my office chair was banging into a corner wall and chipping the paint but since I bought this it is no longer damaging either the wall nor the chair and I am very satisfied with it.
I like how thick and nice it is. Our furniture was protected from damage by it at a corner where a mirrored wardrobe would not hit the wall and break. I love the top and bottom, and it works well for me. I love that it's super easy to put in and that it sticks well. It has not yet gone off the wall in any way.
However, they aren't long enough for my needs - they are a nice quality guard but rather short.
It is easy to install these. As far as adhesion goes, I have no idea, but they use a 3M product. Hopefully they will hold up even in 100 degree temperatures during the summer. In the meantime, I will be protected from tight turns into the garage if I use my golf carts.
In our living room, we bought this to baby-proof it, but it wasn't enough, so we returned it. If there were more pieces in the product, I'd have been happier.
