Only on varnished wooden coffee and dining tables have I used them. Despite being ripped off several times, they did not pull the finish off those. I doubt the sticky tape would pull off paint unless the patin work was extremely delicate because it is fairly strong but not super strong.
They adhere them with double-sided 3M tape. They leave a sticky residue when you remove them, but it's easy to remove with acetone (nail polish remover).
It will be determined by how wide your counter tops are. It was a good fit for my daughter's desk's corners. I hope this has been of assistance.

They're soft, supple, and just dense enough to keep the little ones from getting hurt. br>br>I ran out of another type and had to buy these. The adhesive backing is *PREINSTALLED*, which gives it a significant advantage over the other brand I tested. Double- Both sides of double-sided sticky tape are difficult to remove. As a result, I was pleased with the ease with which the backing could be removed. br>br>I was looking for a 45-degree angle because the majority of these items are either straight or 90 degrees. Although a 45 could not be found, this product was flexible enough to bend to one (see photo). My two-year-old is just barely touching the counter's bottom edge, so I installed on the underside. So far, everything has gone well. br>br>.
Finally, something that is effective. will remain in place to ensure the safety of my children Installing it is a breeze. have been in place with no issues for a few weeks and are still being installed. Previously, our corner protectors were prone to falling off. They are not carrying out their responsibilities! I would purchase this item again. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> br>It's now been five months since we started. They're all still stuck together! As they sit in high traffic areas, a few of the items in the entire package may need to be replaced. However, there are no words to describe how fantastic these are; they work. stick to it so well My son has been saved from several corner bumps because of your efforts. falls!.
This has been particularly useful for our tv stand corners, as our child is tall enough to make striking them difficult. They're super soft, easy to apply, and stay in place even after being chewed on. I'm a little worried about how the adhesive will affect the tv stand once they're removed, but I'm sure you'll run into that regardless of the type of corner guards you get.
Our new kitchen and bathroom counters (Formica) have three sharp corners that I could imagine our toddler slamming his head against and cutting his scalp. I only used the adhesive that would adhere to the Formica, not the one that would adhere to the counter's wood underside. I slapped three of them on in the middle of the night. February. Despite the fact that I only used one of the adhesive attached, they adhered well and provided the necessary protection. I would recommend it and purchase it again.
Our coffee table, built-in desk, and two free-standing desk corners all worked out beautifully. The backing is easy to peel off (which is especially important for guys with short fingernails). Very plush, so I imagine this would come in handy if you hit the corner hard (which hasn't happened yet, but these do look good). It's worth noting that it has 3M adhesion rather than some unknown brand of stickiness.
They're high quality and reasonably priced. Our two-year-old has no sense of space and has run into nearly every table corner she can find. It was either get her a helmet or get her corner bumpers, which are much less expensive, easy to install, and stick really well. They are too difficult for my two-year-old to manage.
I built a large table with pointy corners, which we bought so that my nephews, who visit my house frequently, wouldn't catch themselves on the corners. They worked perfectly, and there were no more minor scratches on the table.
I don't have any babies at home, but I do have two elementary school students who are homeschooling. We established a work-based learning environment. There was enough room for them, but they noticed that their desks' corners were extremely sharp. I bought the corner protectors to protect myself from harm in the event of an accident. They serve their purpose admirably and don't detract from the overall aesthetic. The corner protectors also protect the wall from damage and banging noises because the desks are against the wall. This is an excellent product with which I am completely satisfied.
