I have updated Almost a month has passed and we haven't been able to use this potty seat anymore. Small and hard to maintain, this toilet is too small for most people. Under the padding of the seat, pee is easy to get trapped. You can remove the padding in order to clean it, but our baby loves the plastic seat a lot more since it is all one piece and much I am deducting 2 stars for the sanitary condition Oh my god! The seat is plastic, but I also have another seat that is not plastic. This one appealed to me for a number of reasons. I love trucks and my son loves two things trucks and cars. My impression was that the other seat hurt his bum, since it was making a ring around it. We could not use this seat due to its shortcomings. For the most part, he was too engrossed in the trucks to do There was a little room in the seat so it did not cover both ends effectively. He liked taking a seat on the hard plastic more than the soft one! There is no reason for this seat to be ineffective. My opinion is that it's just a matter of personal preference.
I like that Blaze is available so I have one positive about this seat. However, there are some big negatives. You always get pee all over the place and you end up with There was a way that it got into the foam so you had to take it apart every time they wanted I always get pee all over me after removing from the toilet. This is not because my kids are messy, but this is the model for it. There was only a short period of time for it to last.
As a potty-trained child, I needed a seat that goes over the toilet so my son won't tip over from the weight of falling in, and to ensure that his pee does not leak between the toilet bowl and the seat. There is no better solution than this. He can fit it snugly on top of the toilet seat, and the urine guard has a long enough base to prevent his urine from dripping from it. Unless you remove it from the toilet, the urine will be drippy if/when removed. The only downside is the urine collects where the seat and base connect a lot, so if/when removed, it will be dripping. Regular cleaning is very important, so make sure to do it.
There seems to be a buildup of urine behind the cup or under the seat after each use, and I have to clean it. It's not fun to pick it up each time and have to clean it before pee drips off of it. I'm not sure how it goes on, but it sure isn't fun. If you take it off the toilet, hang it up and walk away, you'll only end up wasting time. I do not recall this being an issue with the character seats I have used with my other two. Thankfully, this is just a temporary task, but I wish there were ways to prevent it from happening every time.
For little boys, this is a great toilet seat! I bought this seat for both my son and daughter since both are huge fans of Blaze and Monster Machines. Besides the fact that the seat works well for both children, I have to mention that it is really good for young boys because the splash guard ensures that pee stays inside the toilet and doesn't spill anywhere else. Potty seats without splash guards can be quite messy if they are not installed properly. It's a great idea to keep the cleaning at a minimum by using this seat.
I knew urine would sometimes get caught between the cushion and the base of the seat, but this one did it almost every time. I threw this one away as soon as it arrived and opted for one that is plastic and made from a single The couch is still comfy and the mess is gone!.
The toilet seat cover fits perfectly over the toilet, giving toddlers a safe place to sit if they are afraid of falling. Because of the Paw Patrol pattern, my two-year-old grandson wants to use his seat just so he can see how fun it is. As a side note, it sits on top of an existing seat, so the little ones can be self-sufficient while on the go. I like it.
I love that my kid loves this seat so much. delighted he likes it, but when I pick it up after he uses it, urine drips out of it even with the guard on. It would be easier to maintain a separate trainer potty but that never worked. I tried positioning him differently and double checking the position of the guard, etc. I bought it to avoid having to clean a separate trainer potty, but I've failed in that endeavor. Having said that, he is looking forward to using.
