It's essentially only good for drinking water. There will be no red dye used. I hope this has been of assistance.
Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Although the adaptor will fit in a long toilet seat, it will not fit snugly. The seats move, but they do not fall into the toilet. I hope this has provided you with a satisfactory response to your query.
Yes, you can use it as a stool, and the seat can be removed and used on a larger toilet.
The color blue was mentioned in my description. To get different colors for my twins, I ordered from two different places. The incorrect color (grey) was kept. I didn't have time to wait for the right product.

This toilet was purchased for road trips. We currently have a foldable potty with no removal bowl and are looking for something more "reliable" than multiple layers of plastic bags as a liner. We also purchased the Summer Infant (SI) My Fun Sticker potty, which has the same design, and both have their advantages. cons. br>br>In comparison to the SI, the Munchkin is much more durable; the Munchkin's weight limit is 120 lbs, while the SI's is only 50 lbs, so the Munchkin can be used as a step stool for much longer; if you need to carry it for travel, the Munchkin is much heavier to carry. Munchkin's seat opening is smaller, whereas the SI seat is larger in general, so older toddlers may find it more comfortable. In addition, the SI seat's guard is less "intrusive. " If a child's safety is a concern, Munchkin has a lower profile than Munchkin.
I work in a daycare, and this is the best potty chair I've ever seen. And I've given a lot of them a shot. What I enjoy about it is this: Like a regular toilet, it has a lid that closes over it. It has enough sturdiness to be used as a platform; a small cup The kidney-shaped shield is large enough to keep urine where it belongs; The catchment basin is not connected to the seat. On other seats I've used, the child's wet bottom can stick to the potty/catchment basin, causing the entire thing to rise with him or her until it unsticks, falls back down, and spills! Thank you, but no thanks. Apart from the large toilet, this is the best potty I've ever used. Even with an insert and a step stool, it's better than the regular toilet for little toilet learners who prefer to have their feet on the floor. It's also simple enough for a child to empty, but I'd rather have control over disposal.
My son's pee always finds its way between the seat and the pee bowl, soaking his clothes and ruining his clothes, so I bought two of these.
However, as far as adding a toilet seat is concerned, this is a terrible idea. I purchased this so that I could begin training my toddler on the standalone potty, then transition to just the toilet seat when the time came, avoiding the need to purchase another "adapter" seat so that my toddler could use the big toilet. The portable toilet functioned satisfactorily - My toddler was pleased to have his own potty. When it came time to transition, however, I discovered that the seat's design allows urine to spray onto the actual toilet seat (both on the top and bottom of the seat) and then run around the edges of the toilet seat (where the seat sits on the actual toilet seat), forming a ring of urine on the toilet seat every time the toddler used the potty. This means you must wipe the urine off the toilet seat and the seat of your toddler's potty every time he or she uses it, or the toilet seat will be ruined. Unfortunately, we missed a couple of times, and now our toilet seat is stained yellow on the underside (despite the fact that it was a brand new toilet) and has a barely-visible stain. Where the seat sat on the toilet seat, there was a visible yellow ring. Needless to say, we stopped using it after a short time and replaced it with a seat that did not have the same gap in the front as this one. If you only plan to use it as a stand-alone toilet, it'll suffice. If you're going to use this on a real toilet, save your money and get something else!.
My two-year-old son and I tried several potties before deciding this one was the best.
Why:
- He enjoys having a lid to close (to put an end to the mess).
- The air freshener pod appears to be effective at masking urine odors (I haven't tried the second one yet).
- With a simple pour spout and wipe down, it's very easy to clean.
- If you choose to use standard size potty liners, they will fit in the inner potty.
- Easy to transport due to its light weight.
Despite the negative reviews, I'm glad I bought this as a second potty for my toddler. He enjoys it so much that he has requested to sit on it. When the lid is folded down, it can be used as a stepping stool in the bathroom, saving space. It's easy to clean, and the color is a nice bright blue.
This purchase has made me extremely happy. All mommies should purchase this potty, in my opinion. The quality and design are excellent, and the stool is safe for both children and adults to use - I've done it a few times myself.
THEIR FIRST VISIT TO GRANDMA'S HOUSE I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I SIT ON THEM! THE FRONT SPLASH GUARD IS NOT QUITE TALL ENOUGH. FOR BOYS, THIS MAKES THEM WORTHLESS! THE BOYS WERE PREMIES, SO THEY ARE NOT LARGE CHILDREN. IT'S JUST THAT THEY'RE WRONGLY DESIGNED FOR BOYS! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WHEN I OPENED THEM AND SAW HOW NICE THEY WERE. STURDY. AS A RESULT, I DESTROYED THE BOXES. I WAS EXTREMELY GLAD AT THE TIME. THE FIRST TIME THEY STOOD DOWN, IT WAS CLEAR THAT THERE WOULD BE MORE ON THE FLOOR THAN IN THE POTTY! VALUE FOR MONEY IS VALUE FOR MONEY IS VALUE.
