At home, it worked well. It's a great idea to use it while traveling.
It isn't a long-term fix. It is possible to use it with or without it. I hope this information is useful.
I'm afraid this will be the same as the others.br>I stopped using that part and taught him to tuck first.

It's small and neat, but it moves around a lot. In addition, the plastic is beginning to peel. We have yet to put it to use.
This toilet seat was purchased for my son because I needed something small and portable to take on flights and use in hotels. This toilet seat comes with a handy carrying case and folds up into a small package. While it will fit on a wide range of toilet seats, oval toilet bowls may cause the seat to bend in the center. I wasn't concerned that the toilet seat would break, but it did appear to be a little flimsy on my hotel's oval toilet. The splash guard is also held in place by a small piece of plastic. I'm not sure how well those pieces of plastic will keep the splash guard in place in the long run; it appears that repeated use will easily wear them down.
It folds up quickly and is easy to clean with a wet wipe, disinfectant wipe, or whatever you have on hand. It includes a storage bag, which is extremely useful. We keep this in our car and use it whenever we visit a public restroom or someone's home. It's a lot less work than lugging around a real toilet seat. Unlike other seats, this one does not get messy underneath. This is an absolute must-have!.
This is a cute seat that is very simple and easy to clean. I had hoped to use the shield, but my son enjoys ripping it off, so we don't bother. It's a good idea, but not for a toddler who likes to muck around with everything. The seat does move around a little, but I discovered that there are little flaps under the seat that can be flipped open to keep the seat from sliding side to side; this is a huge help! Another seat in my car doesn't have these flaps, and it slides from side to side all the time.
" My child hasn't started potty training yet, so I haven't had much experience with it, but I don't think the bottom or the pee guard (which fits into small slots with some effort) will be easy to clean enough for any germaphobe. The black rubber helps it stay in place with pressure, but it still sits a little too loosely/flimsily on our round seat toilet for my comfort, and I'm a little nervous about putting my baby on it. I believe he is aware of it and will not allow me to confront him about it. It's nice that it folds up, and I'll put it in my diaper bag when we start potty training in the hopes that I'll grow to like it, but I'm skeptical about using it on a daily basis. There is no easy storage for the folded out position, which means no easy access. This may not seem like a big deal, but we only have one toilet, and every second counts in potty training right now (another VERY early attempt).
Potty training is a breeze with it. I don't expect my child to be able to stand on a regular sized toilet seat when we're out and about. I also don't bring his potty seat from home with me when I travel. It is inconvenient and does not fold. This, on the other hand, fulfills all of our requirements! We also appreciate the detachable splash guard, which has saved us from a potentially disastrous situation. Overall, this item is fantastic and contains all of the features you require!.
I despise the idea of my child using public restrooms, as do the majority of people. However, because he is autistic and nonverbal, explaining the difference between a home potty and a public potty is difficult. However, now that I have this, the transition has been seamless.
It's an excellent travel option for young children (or even a day spent at a family member's or friend's home)! We skipped the "separate potty" step for my son and found that teaching him on the same toilet as us was much easier. The only drawback is that it has a minor leakage/design flaw. Still, scrubbing a plastic potty out of your sink is far less sanitary! To make cleaning at home easier, I keep antibacterial wipes on hand.
